For anyone wondering...
Pre-loading on PS4 will be available on the 16th. Just saw it on the PS4 store in the "New" then "Coming Soon" area. It's right on the cover of DAI in there.

Glad you've got it sorted, I'm awaiting customer service chat (again) now and I'm really needing a solution. I actually went out at 8.30 pm to three separate stores to see if I could buy origin cards I was that pissed off with it but hey, surprise surprise, none of the stores listed as uk stockists had even heard of them - Origin is pathetic!

I am sorry to hear that. I think my problem was that I received a new credit card a few months after I had originally pre-ordered. I had updated my payment info, but I think the system is finicky, and bugged out. It is weird; I had bought DLC off Origin with my new card…

okay, my Intel card is supposed to be 100.0 mbps and I have DSL.. then why am I only getting 357. kbps download from Origin? :/
It's because you have DSL. If they offer cable internet in your area, I would try going with that. Plus, your ping times will improve dramatically. You'll go from 250 ish ms ping to 50-60 ish ms ping.
It is dramatically faster. At least in my area it is. Not sure about yours.

Then something else is wrong.
Origin is a simple/stupid program. There's no way it should be crashing.

I know.. mine is going up and down.. the highest being 400 kbps...lowest down to nothing...~~Average 52kbps.. I have now downloaded 24% in 6.5 hours...

I am only at 20% after 7 hours, but the download speed has been higher lately. I gained 4 % in the last 10 minutes or so.

Preload only took about an hour for me. Yay for fast connections!
Heads up for those who pre-ordered the Deluxe edition: the soundtrack IS accessible now. Just go to Program Files/Origin Games/Dragon Age Inquisition/Bonus

I... may have clicked on it. Just to, you know, see... 
Anyway, now it's there. On my computer. Mocking me with it's folder and it's .exe that doesn't work yet... Hnnnnggg.
Also, I was able to download the standard edition in about a half hour. So I don't think it's their servers that are the issue? Or maybe I just got lucky?

My husband started my download at noon and everything was in place when I got home at 5:30PM. Sweeeeeet!
Just out of curiosity, other than the game executable, do any of you know what other files I should add as an exception to my firewall (if any)?

That's strange on my account the DLC (other than the soundtrack) is unreleased, so it hasn't downloaded that stuff yet.

Really? Everything downloaded for me. I just have to wait for the game to release to play. I even have a desktop icon. Have you looked in your DAI folder? Its all there for me including deluxe content.
