Will it be available outside of the deluxe edition? I'm deliberating between GMG digital download or a physical deluxe edition, since I don't see an option for digital deluxe on GMG.

Most soundtracks end up on Amazon or Bandcamp. Several DA soundtracks are on Amazon (DA:O, DA:O Leliana's Song, and at least three for DA2).

The soundtrack is available for pre-order on iTunes. You can probably find it in other places as well.
