I'm unsure what to pick for Bella in the Keep. My Warden barely spoke to her. I don't know if she took over ownership of the tavern or left Redcliffe? There should be an option of the Warden not getting involved with Bella.
For the Bevin section: In Origins you also have the option of giving the sword back to Kaitlyn so she can sell it. They should probably add Kaitlyn as an option.

It seems to treat "Bell left Redcliffe" as the default option, so that's the best you can pick for now.
Why wouldn't giving the sword back to Bevin count as giving it back to Kaitlyn?
The whole point of letting Bevin keep the sword after borrowing for the battle (whether you use it or not) is that he is inspired to grow up into a renowned warrior and adventurer.

In my playthrough, Lloyd survived the battle, but when I spoke to him afterwards, he said that I left Bella in charge. I took that to mean that if Lloyd participates in the battle at all, she takes over.
Bella takes over the tavern in his absence, but if he survives the battle, that absence is over. I thought the only way that Bella can take over the tavern is if you intimidate him into giving you ownership of the tavern and then giving it to her after the battle.
Lloyd is bugged. Even if he survives, if you make him fight (putting Bella in charge during his absence) she stays in charge. I always got the "Grey Warden's Rest" card at the end.

That's unfortunate, though I prefer to give her the money to get the heck out of there and Lloyd keeps his place after surviving the battle.
One thing I did find confusing about the Bevin card is about whether it's mainly about the sword or the money. Because you can still give Kaitlyn the same 5 gold even if you don't find the sword.
It makes sense, since the only way the sword is in any way meaningful is if Bevin has it.

Alternatively if you pay his sister for the sword she ends up becoming kind of a big deal in Denerim, opens a foundry, and marries Teagan.

It always bothered me that doing the truly heroic thing - giving her gold and letting them keep the sword - didn't count for that epilogue. I never saw that ending because I always give her the money for free.
I want the Bella option to be tweaked the most. My warden barely spoke to her and I never forced Loyd to defend the city. Bella should probably still be working her low paying job for Loyd in my world state.

I've already sent them feedback on this issue. It's pretty much all we can do.
