It's a fanfic, made with footage from the unreleased game, with perfect imitations of the VAs

Question is hawk in a romance with any of the characters in that game? Wondering if issabel and hawk will be on a ship together

Hawke is present in the game and so are some of the people who met her/him so I'd be surprised there was no mention of Hawke's LI

Wait.. Varric lied about the crossbow? In the Legacy DLC we meet the Carta Dwarf who made the crossbow for him. I forgot his name, but Varric clearly states it was a prototype and never miss-fired.
