Do we know yet if Tempest's elixers and flasks are limited?

Right now I am going towards assassin for most first, eventual, rogue playthrough. I voted on that poll with the assassin choice because it does look useful and fun, yet my lack of knowledge on Tempest is partly why I picked it. The descriptions don't exactly make it clear if the flasks are limited.

I doubt they would be. Having them be limited would neuter the entire specialization.

I guess, but I'm not certain. People have been saying they've seen videos of this spec, so I mostly made this to find out from the people who've watched those vids in detail if this is the case.

I bet they're cool down based like every ability.

They operate like the rogue ability poisoned weapons, you don't need resources to use tempest abilities.

There is a passive however, that allows you to carry one extra consumable, say like a rock armor potion.

Don't worry, they are abilities that consume stamina like all other classes.

If the classes ability use was governed by a finite resource that you had to restock it would make that class considerably less fun to play, as unlike everyone else you'd need to manage that resource in the course of normal play.
