I have my DAO and DA2 save files but unfortunately not in Origin cloud. How can I import them in Dragon Age Keep if cloud storage for both previous DA games is disabled in Origin? Is there any way I could manually import my saves into Keep? Thanks for help!

Your save files are not imported into the Keep at all. If DAO and DA2 are enabled to connect to the Bioware servers (there should be an option to do this in-game) it will have your achievements and portraits for your Wardens and Hawkes ready to sync to the Keep.
