The problems I have with my champion inquisitor are: I currently feel like my setup will be useless against anything not only immune to taunt but large creatures as well, unless I can pull in a giant or dragon with grappling chain lol. My other problem revolves around Blackwall. I want all my companions to go deep in there specialization trees since that will make all of them stick out & be unique but sadly two champions seem to overlap. I'll have to hurry up & do a rough draft of my tank build so I can figure this out. If or when I do it I'll post it on here. Perhaps my fellow tanks can help my theorycraft my build.

Champion is more about damage mitigation than taunts, but i would have thought if any one was good to stand toe to toe with a large creature it was someone who could make themselves invulnerable.
As for Blackwall, yes bound to be some overlap but that will be true for all companions no matter which specialistion you choose. Best way to address that is to probably make BW use the opposite weapon to you and mix up his trees. If you are going heavy Vanguard / Champ send him further down the battlemaster tree or max out his weapon tree. Are you going 2 hander or sword & board?
