I still have it greyed out. In US, it said 12PM November 14 and it's after 12...
Preload would be 11/14/2014, right?

I'd check your payment method. If you're using an expired or cancelled credit card, the icon won't highlight. I had put it on a card that got cancelled and I had to cancel my order and re-order using the current card. Once I did that, the icon lit up and I was able to start pre-loading.
