I am confused.  Some reports say you can pre-load now, but I cannot pre-load my inquisition game via  Origin.  Am I missing something?

4 hours from now in Europe.
So that would make it... 11 hours in US?
Unless the SK VPN uses Korean time relative to our time.
Meaning that in this case you should be able to preload in 4 hours aswell I think.

I'm in the US and I'm currently pre-loading. So my answer would be: right now!

I only have the standard edition, so that can't be it. In which timezone are you?

I bought the deluxe version, in US on East Coast and still can't download. Greyed out. I just posted in another forum it probably would help if they added the time zone when stating when downloads would be available. I came home for lunch to download - back to work and hopefully can get it tonight. Just excited to get started!

Looks like I can preload on Origins site, however getting "techinal difficulties" error message. Eek....probably overloaded.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but can I preload the game with a physical, non-Origin preorder? I assume you can't, but just want to make sure :)

Yeah, preloads are digital orders only--and only of you bought it via Origin.  This right here is the ONLY reason I bought mine via Origin, because otherwise I haven't been happy with their service in the past.  But I'm willing to give them one more try in order to get my game all preloaded.  if they screw up my stuff again I'm dropping them permanently, tho.

That's really weird, because they're not SUPPOSED to charge you for it until the game is available for preload--they charged me TODAY and it's still process-pending according to my bank.  Did you order something else and confuse the two transactions?  Because if they haven't actually charged you for Inquisition yet, it'd make sense why you can't download it.

Your transaction with the bank should have a reference number that you can get from them, either from their online banking app or by calling their customer service.  Contact Origin with that reference number and they can tell you your order details and any other pertinent info.

I pre-ordered back in April, my account was charged yesterday, and I received an e-mail at 12:30 EST that I can begin downloading.  I just returned from work and am now downloading.

I wonder if the guy who got charged weeks ago accidentally ordered a physical copy.  Because you only get to pre-load if you ordered a DIGITAL copy, I believe.

Thanks for the reply :) it's nice to have confirmation.

I'd have been tempted to preorder from Origin too had I been aware of the option to preload months ago. But I'm still happy I didn't, since I found much cheaper offers elsewhere. An extra day of waiting isn't worth it... I think :P

If Origin would just at least pretend to compete with other retailers, they might start to see some of my money... Oh well, maybe some day.

I hope you don't experience any problems :)
