Some people are still without the preload/release dates in their clients but potential solution to this problem has been found:

 

1. start your origin client

 

2. click on "application settings" from origin tab located on top of the client

 

3. try changing language of the client on "origin client language" to ENGLISH GB or ENGLISH US- to better reflect your geographical location.

 

changing to english GB seems to work for people in europe, this looks like a bug in synchronising the ip adress and chosen language. i imagine the reverse would be true for people in US, choose the appropriate english us, not english gb.

 

I have no idea how this will work for people in asia, africa and australia but try different settings and see what works best for you. if i understood correctly, setting language to german for example, will download the game with german voiceovers, so be careful if you want english voice acting in the game.

Wow it.. Worked O.o 

Odd tho it says preloads on 17th and DL's on 20th.. I thought my release date was the 21st O.o
