So only NA can pre-load for now?Us VPN users must wait till the 17th to preload?In the order history it says Processing for me aswell.

I'm in Europe and preloading using a Korean VPN server. My payment has already been processed too.

That is strange, I got charged at the day I bought the game on Origin.

Also using VPN can have it dangers, so people should be at least conscious of it. Especially free VPNs. I am going to wait till the 00:00 21th because I still have to finish Alien: Isolation and with the gog.com sales I have entertainment till then. Small SSD is a pain in a ass at times.

 

Charging wise, same here, I got charged from Origin and my credit card got the amount billed the same day I did the order through Origin, so I'm safe to assume that's inaccurate information.

 

I'll give a look to the thread to see if I can get a heads up in downloading, as my connection isn't that good, and I hate the fact of playing a few days later than the rest of the world, only cause in Europe we have to conform to an obsolete release date on Fridays.

Well the only grip I have with the release time is on the digital platform, it makes no sense to wait for the physical one. What is the point of digital distribution if you have the same physical rules.

At least I can play at midnight but other than that, it is just a couple hours of difference.

Nope.

I used PayPal and I checked my account and it was processed last month. I think maybe depends where you are when you buy it. Some countries laws forbid to charge before the product it is delivered? Otherwise it makes little sense.

Well, the PayPal transaction was definitely carried out the moment I pre-ordered. Now, I don't know if this is another case of PayPal just withholding the money until it's officially charged - that may very well be.

Huh well i just tried cancelling my origin preorder and then making it again in the hopes origin would get their butts past 'processing'. The grand result was that now i have a greyed out tile with a 'new' banner across it that is processing   Although at least now i qualify for their £10 off deal thing.

It sounds like a lot of people, even those in the US, are having pReload issues due to payment processing bugs. Hopefully should be sorted out by tomorrow.

Not neccessarily, mine says theyve billed me under the definition of processing but they def havent billed me yet. Check through your bank statement.

Mine says processing but I paid by card and the money's definitely out my bank account.

Also in Uk, also paid for dde via PayPal, also had money debited at point of sale yet still showing Processing in Order and unable to download via Korean VPN.

Glad it's not just me at least. Will keep trying and update if i get anywhere.

I also talked to the EA support and they told me that my card hadn't been charged yet.Apparently he looked into it and told me they're gonna charge me either today or tommorow.

 

I'll wait to see if there are any changes tommorow.Hopefully it gets charged soon for the rest of us who want to preload as fast as possible.

Check your Origin people, my order was changed from processing to completed a short while ago and I am now pre-loading via VPN. Just let it download 20 or so MB and turn VPN off worked fine for me and its now going at a whopping 14mb/s.
