Ok so my character is a level 14 human warrior. He has the specializations champion and beserker, and uses a sword and shield. I need suggestions on what the bestarmors i should use for him, btw he is somewhat of a tank. So far im finishing up the paragon quest chain and only have the forest chain left. Also up to now ive been using the blood dragon set and has offered me a lot, id just like to know if there is anything better than it.

The Legion of the Dead armor set offers a higher defense and armor value.

Well, If he is a Tank stick to Massive armor maybe even heavy. A lot of people say heavy is useless, medium too. Once you get the dragon scale from the high dragon in the mountains go to wade and he can make you a set of bad ace medium or higher armor. I personally do not think medium is useless especially wades, if your warrior is more dps than tank, the fatigue cost greatly effects your stamina pool. But if he is more a tank then stick to massive or maybe heavy if its got great buffs. The juggernaut armor in the forest is pretty good, as is the warden commander armor in warden's keep add-on. Wades armor is the best I've seen so far. Just my opinion...

...don't use an armor set!!!!
...if you don't want to spend any money....something like boots & gloves of diligence w. blood dragon plate v1.0 or warden commander's armor (tier 7 version) will afford you much better protect & stats than any matching set....if you don't have collectors edition then maybe wade's superior dragonbone plate...or even Evon the Great's mail (though see below)...
failing that, save 107 sovereigns & buy yourself Evon the Great's mail & use it with Wade's Superior Dragonscale boots/gloves...you will still get the set bonus, even though it's not 100% matching!
...if you take templar specialization then knight commander's plate from Faryn in frostback mountains is the best armor you can get!! ...put it with Bergen's Honor Helm, Gloves of Diligence then either Cadash Stompers, Warden Commander boots or boots of Diligence and you are set...39 armor & lots of nice benefits!

I think you get better results with mix-and-match. Unfortunately, you do look fugly doing so.

Also, though I've never personally collected it, the "Effort Armor" set is supposed to be good, as well.
Helm-Duty.
Chest-Effort.
Gloves-Effort's Gloves.
Boots-Effort's Boots.
All together, adds a 10% DEcrease to fatigue penalties when wearing it, and it's a Massive Armor set.
Go look up the Dragon Age Wiki to find out where to get everything in the set.

Unless you download the winter forge mod. Then you can craft an armor set to your liking and transfer the properties of the various pieces and parts to the pieces you make. You can even craft your own sets, using either the game sets or additional sets programmed into the forge.
