Anyone gonna use korean vpn to preload today ?

 

Im not sure i can since i checked my order history and my transaction is still processing not yet complete.

Does it have to be completed to preload ??

Probably, there are a lot of people here and on reddit that have the same problem. Paid with Paypal last week and the money was withdrawn immediately, yet no preload option using vpn.
