I have continually tried to get my PS3 Wardens to sync with the Keep but they will not. I have researched many forums for information and fixes, but still can not figure it out. When the keep syncs it says it recognizes my DAO data. My DA2 characters sync just fine. When I go to the BSN and my DAO player profile diagnostics, it says invalid persona/game combination. What do I need to do to get my Wardens to sync?

Boot up DAO, Log in at the main menu screen, load up a save of your warden, play for about an hour, and your warden should appear in the keep.

I've got the same issue with my Warden not showing up after trying to sync from PS3, but my Hawke has synced. I've loaded up my game and currently doing what DinX64 suggested and also making sure the game saves.

A lot of people are having trouble getting one, some or all of their Wardens to sync.
If none of the "stickied" solutions help, a useful "workaround" is to download the standalone DA:O Character Creator (should still be available at FilePlanet) and create a new character in that. Use it to recreate the look of one of your old characters and give him/her the same name. Hit the Upload button at the end and it should appear in your list of heroes in the Keep about 30 minutes later. That's all that syncing will give you anyway.
A couple of people have said the standalone CC doesn't work for them either, so there's no guarantee it will work. For me though, it did work even though I haven't managed to get any of my actual in-game characters into the Keep, so it's probably worth a try. Plus, if it does, it's a very quick and easy workaround.

Soo after playing for an hour I've managed to successfully sync on BSN and DAKeep, but it says Custom Hero unavailable.
Thanks for the tip about CC, DAJB but I am more interested in seeing the story and choices originally chosen. It's been a while since playing so I've forgotten most things lol.

You are aware that choices are not fed to the keep from the first two games?

I've tried doing as suggested above. Nothing worked.
