specializations champion and beserker, and uses a sword and shield. I
need suggestions on what the bestarmors i should use for him, btw he is
somewhat of a tank. So far im finishing up the paragon quest chain and
only have the forest chain left. Also up to now ive been using the
blood dragon set and has offered me a lot, id just like to know if
there is anything better than it.

Wades superior Dragon Plate is also really good for getting to the endgame. However Blood Dragon does just fine as also. To be perfectly honest Its what you prefer as they all have their benefits.

Corruption (helm, you get it during the final battle)
Evon the Great's Mail (buy from Wade for 107 sovereigns, after 2 main quest arcs but before the second set of Wades Drakeskin)
Gloves of Diligence
Boots of Diligence/Wardens Commander Boots (if you have the DLC)
With Howes Shield.
Otherwise, the best full sets are probably Imperial Legion or Blood Dragon, switching to Knight Commanders against mages.

...Duncan's Shield is much better than Howe's...and as far as shields go I much prefer Eamon's to Howe's...you lose a little defense using Eamon's but you gain stamina!

I'm not sure about evon the great's armor it's too expensive for my liking
what are you spending your cash on!??!
on my most recent playthrough (2h templar-berserker) I had enough sovereigns to equip myself with knight-commander's plate, spellward amulet, lifegiver ring & anduril's blessing belt by level 16, as well as both tomes of physical technique and two of skill and sundry AND the Felon's Coat for Leliana!!!....after that all my gold was donated to Eamon's Knights (though a more economical way of gaining XP is to buy crafting materials to donate to the Dalish!)...
...the key to good money management is to do as many of the side-quests as possible and craft lots of potions! ...though it's more economical to buy lesser health poultices than craft them, when your party has up to 150-200 health, health poultices are fine (as long as you set their tactics to take them early enough)...after that, greater health poultices are the way to go!
....so, if you want a specific item for your character, make sure you start saving early such that you have a goal, and get to enjoy what you need for as long as possible! ...yes there are exploits to gain unlimited funds, however there's also over 1000 sovereigns to be had by playing the game so everything is affordable!

1000? highest i ever got was 400+ , and i did all the side quests. Andruil's blessing is 100+ , life giver if 87, felon's coat is 82, ring of ages is i forgot but probably 80, buying runes ~40-50 , hence money all gone! oh yes and spell ward is 70ish? how can you have enough money?
there are plenty of profitable side-quests...plus you don't have to hoard everything you find...if someone's not going to use it...sell it! The 'precious metals' sidequest can give you a 45 sovereign profit alone if you are persuasive...there are plenty of armor drops in Orzamarr / deep roads, so going here towards the end of your playthrough means they drop at higher tiers = MOAR money! If you have the Stone Prisoner DLC, make sure you head to Cadash as one of the last things you do...that way the majority of crystals for Shale that drop will be of the highest tier (brilliant)
...picking people's pockets can gain you plenty of runes, health poultices & more...plus it opens the Slim Couldry quest lines which are all very good money spinners...and the favors for certain interested parties are excellent money spinners!
...so, I mean no disrespect, but when you say you did ALL the side-quests I find it hard to believe!
..there's no need to buy many runes...you can get several grand-master from drops, so the grandmaster dweomer is mostly the only essential purchase....also buying backpacks is a waste of money...I can do a playthrough buying only the two in Ostagar (57 silver, before and after it gets dark & you do the joining)...as long as you have Warden's Keep to use the party storage chest for anything you want to keep, but don't need hanging around in your inventory!
...but 400 sovereigns sounds really short! ...there's probably nearly 1100 sovereigns to be had so you are missing out on a lot it seems!

As for the money side of it, I've not used Leliana as a tea leaf properly but I play a rogue quite a bit. It sounds like I'm missing out on some decent cash.

Oh i did all that, precious metals quest i get about a 60 gold profit, and i do sell all unsed gear and slim couldry and all the magi , blacksomething and bar requests still, not anywhere near 1000.
Are you playing the PC version? Cause i'm on console, maybe they give out different amounts of money for the same quest.

Also, in dialogue are you looking/picking the options to be rewarded? Early in the game that helps you pick a few gold pieces.

Dwarf Nobles can leave their origin story with 35-40 gold, if they are a rogue they can leave with even more and they get Gorim to sell things to also. Steal from about 1k enemies, and allies with the dwarven merchant belt equipped (equip it before opening containers(corpses, etc) also) , complete quests(especially Crime Wave), extort more money from people, take bribes (such as letting an infamous rapist out of his cell), don't give out unnecesarrily large amounts of coin, etc.
In my first playthrough I spent a total of 1100 gold, and the highest held at any one time was 447g which is just shy of being able to buy everything you mentioned, except the runes. People sometimes forget you can steal during combat with Master Stealing, and personally I can see a success/failure rate change during combat theft if the target is incapacitated in some way (stunned, paralyzed, pinned) first.
What merchant you sell to also helps determine the gold you get for items, Bodahn Feddic isn't as good as Old Tegrin, and Old Tegrin isn't as good as Gorim(dwarf noble only). You can also get surface dwarf merchant discounts from siding with Bhelen and taking Lord Dace up on his offer for discounts with some surface dwarves(these include Legnar, and Garin in the Orzammar Commons I believe).

Fade Wall = Random Gaxking drop
This. It's also rare. Some people have posted that it drops more if you're playing on Nightmare setting.

Helm of Honnleath
Evon the Great's Mail
Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate Gauntlets
Cailan's Greaves
Accessories - The Spellward, Andruil's Blessing, Lifegiver, and Ring of Ages or alternatively Key to the City.
For a warrior I'd say Fade Wall for shield with whatever weapon you want.

Offensive:
Helm of Honnleath
Evon the Great's Mail
Wade's Superior Dragonscale Plate Gauntlets
Wade's Superior Dragonscale Plate Boots
Little known fact that you can still get the set bonus from Wade's Superior Dragonscale if you replace the chest piece with Evon the Great's Mail.
For defensive tanks, I'd say go with Juggernaut Plate set and equip the Ring of Ages to boost your elemental defenses further. If you want more armor, you can just activate Shield Wall, but there's no warrior skill that increases your resistances.
