i expected my opinion on it to actually matter, not get brushed aside by everyone

every single person just says "live with it"

The exact same thing would happen in reality though. If a magical hole opened in the sky flinging demons out of it and you suddenly pop out of a portal with a mark on your hand that can fix it. No on is going to care if you say your not jesus a people will still think you are.

I don't really take reviews seriously any more I mean skyrim is called "game of the generation".

I mean it is fun at times and a good game but it is not "game of the generation"  it has so many bugs. I have ran into so many game breaking glitches its not even funny and I shouldn't have to mod a game to make it fun or to fix it either.

Ok now that im done with my skyrim mini rant I think Da: I story will be fine.

Although that's been true for the last 3 TES games. Bethesda bugs are pretty much a feature at this point.

Well CD project didnt exactly come up with the story of the witcher now did they? its from a book which means we shouldnt use it as an example.

Anyways its really hard to come up with a story thats not cliche these days i mean how many RPGS there have been so far ? too many to count , its hard to be original now, with that said some of the best RPGs i have ever played all had cliche stories , Final fantasy 6 and 7 , Kotor 1 and 2 , DA 1 and 2 , all the ME , xenogear etc... they are all cliche, however that didnt stop them from being awesome all the same.

How many non-cliche books get written a year? I think your is a ridiculous implication. Just wait until Pillars of Eternity and the new Torment game come out if you want to see some RPG's that actually try to write a deep story.
