It goes through and checks what looks like your DLC and pre-order stuff you got from the 2 games at the beggining of the keep.  I got everysingle pre-order and DLC for the first DA and in DA 2 I was missing only 3 or 4 pre-order items.   What exactly are those boxs they are ticking? I would like to know what I should be missing what not being recorded.  And why is it checking the pre-order stuff anyways?

 

 

Edit: Sorry, part of what im confused at is it showing me missing some stuff from DA:O and more then the 3 or 4 from DA2. Wondering how I can see what im missing because when I look up stuff on the net I should have it all.

This whole process is just for the records to see for yourself what you did and had in the past games.
It doesn't affects anything in Dragon Age Keep, it's just a neat thing to have and see.
So if you don't have something, it doesn't really matter for DA:I.

When will the scan be fixed?? I have all the DLC's and they are not showing up. And do you get anything for 100% sync? Because only thing I will be missing is the soundtrack from DA:O.

You get an icon saying 100%, that's all.
