I know Dragon Age: Inquisition will have (some) nudity. Before I purchase the game I need these questions answered:
1. Is the nudity avoidable?
2. Is sexual content avoidable?
3. Do all romance scenes show nudity or is it just certain parts of the game?
4. Is it possible to go through the game without seeing any of the nudity?

I doubt anyone has the answer yet. Most of the sexual and nude content is probably limited to the optional romances which can be avoided. But it's entirely possible that there's a desire demon somewhere along the main quest or you might stumble upon a couple in a room like happened in both DAO and DA2.
Either way, I do not suspect there was any intent to hide that kind of content on optional paths.

@Vultrae In every BioWare game I have ever played (which is all of them) romances and such have always been side content that is completely avoidable.. Okay almost all games Mass Effect did have some pretty bad ninjamances but DA has always been optional. You should be fine if you skip the romances. 
There's an un-avoidable broodmother romance that you have to get through.
oh god I don't think ill get through DAI then, heard those Broodmothers play rough.
This is a M Rated game. It is fair to say that you should at least be prepared to encounter some nudity.

So far it seems like its only in the romances. I wasn't wondering for me, I'm more wondering for my younger brother who wanted to play it. As long as it's avoidable it should be fine. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any nudity that is unavoidable in the game beforehand (possibly with the desire demons or other creatures). Thanks for the help, if anyone can confirm for me whether or not there is unavoidable adult content it'd be greatly appreciated.
It isn't like any of us has played all the content.
And again, this is M Rated. As in, if you're concerned about M Rated content, someone under the age of 18 should not be playing.
(Personally, I wouldn't care and while I'm gay, the first breasts I saw was when I was 12 or whatever and I just don't care)

Should he avoid romances or dialogues that lead to love scenes (that include nudity) then he's good. That being said that's all we know, there may be other scenes so it's better to keep asking. If you don't find an answer just supervise and guide him when need be.

It sounds like skipping romances altogether is the only answer to your concerns.
If you're going to romance a character in an M-rated game, some form of nudity is always expected.

Romances are avoidable. If you pursue the romance to the end, the outcome I suspect, is not, though at that point I don't think it's the devs that are to blame. There are some romances that don't end in sex, if Bware went through with their original plans (as I read them, at least, when they suggested more mature romances where 'sex' is not the endgame), but it's hard to tell which these are, yet.

Just to clarify, we don't know for sure that the nudity is locked into the romance feature. I think it's a safe bet to avoid the romances if you want to avoid nudity.
There is a possibility that even with avoiding the romances, there might be nudity in the game. Just be aware. Perhaps, if it's important for your little brother to avoid nudity, this game might not be appropriate for him. It is rated for 17+ years after all.
Actually, even if you avoid the romances, you may still see nudity is some form or another in the game. This is a mature title after all. Desire Demons are very… scantily clad.
Which I like, but you may not care for.
As always, the romances are optional. If you just don't romance anyone - in the game - you should be fine.
And not see any nudity at all. As others have said, desire demons seem to have breasts, but their nipples are usually covered either by adding something on top of them or by hiding the nipples behind their long female hair.

And you can turn gore off, seek out peaceful solutions, and generally minimize such content without cutting themselves off from the story.
How to avoid nudity
1)When you see "heart" in your wheel option avoid it at every cost
2)Who flirts with you kill him/her instantly
3)As Inquisitor make first rule that says "No-romance or nudity allowed"
4)Demand of your LI to be in "chastity marriage"
5)If it comes to sex then close your eyes and mute game and count to 10 until it's all over
Or simply just don't play the game at all...that works too
