Give it a day. If its still processing tomorrow contact origins customer service, might be an issue with your bank/cc issuer.

Got the same issue.
Right now i'm reinstalling Origin, to see if it helps (32KB/s - so it takes a while)
If this doesn't help - i will cancel my preorder, and order it again (altought they've already billed me - i think something may have gone wrong)

I'm in the US. It's still greyed out and after the time it shows it should be available. Not sure what is going on. I did submit a help ticket. Tried reloading games, logging out/in. Maybe when they state 12pm, the should have stated time zone?

Apparently you have to wait for 17th of November for it to preload because you don't get charged before that time, i spoke with the EA customer support and they confirmed that you get charged when the preload gets unlocked in your region (which is 17-11-2014 at 5pm GMT), using a VPN now means you will pay with different regional currency which WILL get you banned. If you go into your account details and order history, you can check your order status, which in the European case should be still processing.
May apply to you.

Is there anyone who purchased a game code from Amazon able to preload the game?

I got a code from Amazon, but it only let me register the preorder dlc. It's not in my games list.

I was just coming to report the exact same issue. This is really frustrating as the amazon product page for DAI claimed that the game would be available for download 11/14/14 at 10am pst. 10 am comes and I receive a product key, but once the key is applied it only shows access for preorder fire weapons, no game. Not sure how to proceed.
Edit
I would also like to note that my account WAS charged for this purchase.

Apparently not. There's already a bunch of 1-star reviews from people who can't download the game either. The pre-order code they're giving doesn't include the actual game code, just the DLC. I hope it's a mistake they'll fix quickly.

I bought the game weeks ago in october (on origin not amazon) and was charged from the bank for the cost, yet I contacted support today and still says I haven't paid. they just told me to wait for some reason. All I know is if I have to buy the game again I might just say hell with it and play witcher 3 instead. It does look good but not worth buying twice.

TO: Baelthos.
I did just notice on my amazon library it only states it is a pre-order code. So maybe they will issue a second code shortly. No idea as usually I get all the codes at once when buying digital (w/ preorder incentives).
I'll give it a little while before I contact support.

According to one reviewer on Amazon: "For everyone having troubles with the Pre load code. i called customer support and apparently you will get the code in an email, its just that the emails are being sent out in the order that they were purchased so not everyone has them right this second. we should all have them by the end of today 11/14/2014".

I received my preload e-mail at 12:15 est. I'm downloading now. 23.81 GB plus the score at 7.10 MB /sec.
Origin is running fast today.

I refreshed my game library page on Amazon a few minutes ago, the download code for the game itself is now available.

If someone's unable to download the game because Origin mistakenly assumes you have Vista instead of 7/8, right-click on the Origin icon and select Properties. Go to the Compatibility tab and uncheck compatibility mode. This happened to my brother when he tried to download the game. I eventually found the answer (in EA Answers for Titanfall!) and thought I'd share it in case someone has the same issue.
