I'm not sure what you mean by mistakes. If you change something in the World State and then decide you'd rather have chosen a  different option, you can just go back in and change it. You don't need to delete it.

To delete world states, go to the world state page by clicking the icon in the left top corner then select world states.
There click on the world state you want to delete. A screen should pop up and that screen there is a trash bin icon. Click it to delete that world state.

If you made changes to the default world state, then it's not the default world state anymore, it's just a regular custom worldstate. If you want the default world state again you can just create a new one.

ok thanks guys - couldn't delete it since i only had one.  How do I re-import my decisions from DA1 and DA2 - based on achievements for another world state? - also, how do I load my old characters again? thanks.,

it imports characters. Any choices thats are just like yours are just a co-incidence based on what Bioware has as their default ws

Ok - I can't remember all these choices - only the big ones like who I romanced, etc.  What should I do with all these choices?

What I do when I can't remember is open Origins (since I've never played 2, though I think this should work for that game as well) and look through the quest log. If you can't do that, either because you uninstalled the game or deleted the relevant save, or because it's a choice that doesn't appear in the quest log, you have to guess.

Or just hit random and then correct the ones that you don't like or that don't match what you remember of your character. I hit random for most of my choices in DA2, since I'd never played that game and didn't overmuch care what I got with most worldstates.

You may be able to jog your memory by looking at your Quest Log (as suggested above) or by reading the DA Wiki. Or you can just make the choices you think you would have made, since they're likely to be the same anyway!

However, there are also a few guides starting to appear online now. There's one here, for example, put together by PC Gamer:

It would be nice if they had a delete button (or reset to default) on the world states without having to create an additional world state to get the trash can option.

I have not played either DA:O or DA: II, and was just playing around with the tiles on both . . .

Now I have a (Jacked up) world state that is stuck with the "Export" to DA: I  button showing, and can't get rid of it !

I have not exported it, (and will not) but it gave me a notification notice that it "WAS" exported ???

Yesterday I went back to look at what selections I made and it is all blank (nothing selected) ???

 I haven't noticed any changes in my DA: I game . . . "Yet" . . . and hope I don't !

So far MHO of the "Keep" is - it's a major Jacked up mess !
