Hey, I'm posting this due to issues I'm currently experiencing, while trying to pre-load Inquisition, today.  A few hours ago, I began the pre-load process, and for a while, things were going good, the blue bar was up 13%, but then I steadily noticed the number in the % decreasing.  I thought maybe this was a one time issue, so I cancelled the pre-load, and started it up again, this time paying careful attention to the little download bar.  Again, it got up to about 13% and started steadily decreasing.  There is currently no blue bar, and I am at -11%.  Also, I glanced down at the little bar that displays the MB/GB.  Right now, it currently says 16,777,216.00 TB/23.81 GB.  The little bar displaying the time is still occasionally changing, but there's been no progress at all, with the the little blue bar.  I don't know if this is supposed to be normal or not, because I've never actually pre-loaded a game.  I usually directly install games, and I've never experienced an issue like this so far.  I would try to restart my computer, but I'm currently waiting to talk to an advisor, and I really don't want to wait 125 minutes.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I just want to know that this isn't just me, and I also want to know if this is supposed to be normal or not.

I didn't experience any issues with the process, and my computer's been really busy most of the morning. When you stopped it, did you completely close Origin, and re-open it to see if it would clear up? It could be a cache issue, not that I'm an expert or anything, but when I had this happen when I switched to digital Origins, so I could play w/out the disc, closing Origin all the way out and restarting it cleared it up.

Hope it works out.

Thanks for your advice.  Since I made this post, I've noticed the -11% steadily decrease to a -7%.  I don't know whether to feel reassured about that or not.  I haven't tried that yet.  I guess I could try logging out and logging back in.  I hope this works.

UPDATE : A few minutes into my second pre-load after logging out and logging back into Origin, and already have my first red flag.  The blue bar progressed to 1%, but when I checked it again, it was back at 0.  On the flip side, the MB/GB bar still seems to be moving at a steady pace, and I hope that was only a minor hiccup.

I'm at 18% after 4 hours (my computer has been very busy during that time). So far I haven't noticed the counter going backwards and I think everything is going as it should be (fingers crossed).

Hope things worked out for you.

This is why I just buy hard copies of the game.

After trying a bunch of tips from various advisors, there seemed to be no luck.  One advisor told me to buy an ethernet cable, so I spent another eighty bucks, on this elaborate D-Link that would supposedly transmit a stronger connection via my router (My router is far away from my computer, and it would be impossible to connect my computer directly to it, without moving it downstairs.) Anyway, the D-Link ended up being a failure, and on a whim, I made one final effort to preload this game.  Luckily, it somehow managed to work this time.  Whether or not the game will work, I don't know, but I'm happy that I was finally able to preload my game.  I can only hope that I will have no issues with the actual game, itself.  Thanks for all of the tips and support, guys.
