Has anyone managed to pre-load with payment still processing?

 

If payment is supposed to go through when it's meant to be unlocked in our country (I'm in the UK) I'll be irritated Any UK players sorted yet?

 

(FYI, I'm using a VPN)

Payment still processing with whom?  My bank lists my payment as "processing" but I'm pre-loading the game right now.  Is Origin telling you that payment is processing, or is your bank telling you that payment is processing?

Sorry, yes it's Origin that's saying it's processing =/ I paid through paypal. Wonder if that would make it take longer...

You might want to check with Origin Support.   Someone in the feedback section was asking and after checking with support they had to cancel and re-order.   Not saying that's true for your case, but definitely worth checking out.

I am in the same situation, I pre-ordered the game back in August using paypal(where it says payment complete) and in origin it says processing and that I've been billed. I was trying several times earlier to preload the game using Korean VPN with SoftEther VPN Client(with plugin) but the game is still greyed out in origin.

 

I read in another post someone had a chat with Support and the guy said using VPN while an order is in processing could in a worst case scenario lead to the system thinking there is some fraudulent action taking place so I'm just gonna leave it for now and see what happens.

Sorry I wasn't entirely clear, I was paying with Paypal via a Mastercard.

I have the same problem. Here's my chat with EA support:

Sometimes it can be solved by cancelling pre-order and ordering DAI again, but I can't cancel my pre-order, because I payed with paypal. I can only wait.

You can ask EA live support to cancel it for you, that's what I did.

I'm in the UK and although my payment still says 'processing' I've definitely been fully charged and the money has come out my bank (initially paid using Paypal about 3 weeks ago). Using a VPN and it's still not allowing the preload. Guess I'll just wait!

I just had a chat with an EA support person and had him check into my order. From what he could see everything was fine with my order and I should just wait for my preload date which is the 17th so I guess that's what I will do. Hopefully however whatever is preventing us from preloading via VPN will be "fixed" shortly and that we can not only preload it but especially unlock it early.

Am same. Think PayPal is the common factor here, probably gets processed differently. Money was taken a while ago but maybe they've sat on it?

My Origin now says the order is completed!!! I can see my product key and game achievements in Origin, check your origin people.

 

Edit: I can now also preload via Korean VPN!

Is your pre-order is stuck on processing, just cancel it. After you've canceled it, pre-order again but use paypal. This should make the transaction instant.

I used PayPal and i've got the same issue. Just wait a couple of hours, perhaps a day. I know, it's annoying as hell - but i am preloading right now. SO, just give it some more time.

Okay well I cancelled yesterday before making this thread and pre-ordered again. Still processing... maybe if I was patient it would have completed now. FML. Thanks for the feedback anyway guys.
