This is the first I created; I really like her face. I should've just picked the other voice set for her, because the one I chose doesn't suit her at all.

 

 

... which is why I created this one. She's also the one I've been playing for around 20 hrs now. I love her scars and her jug ears. And her dorky smile! I call her Evelyn, nickname Evey, coincidentally the same I called the Hawke I played before starting with Inquisition. (I played through the Origins and DA2 before touching DA:I... took me around 150hrs I think? most of that in the last few weeks.)

 

 

Anyway, I like how flexible the CC is... I just wish there were better hair options. I mean, what's with all those bald/really short hair options?? There were maybe three hairstyles I could actually use. I love my fierce bald girls just as much anyone and agree long hair falling freely on Inquisitor's face would be inpractical, but what about semi-long hairstyles? Long hairstyles with ponytails/braids?

 

Seriously Bioware. Now we can't even fix this with mods like with DA:O and DA2.

 

Also the lighting in CC is utterly terrible.

Dragon Age beards suck (unless you're Blackwall or Duncan). Beardless is the way to go.

It's a stereotype yes. But I've seen plenty of beardless (or very low cut) dwarfs in RPGs, specially if the Dwarf in question is in a class that warrants dexterity like Monks, Thief, etc.

Well I can't speak for other people, but the reason I do that (I must have posted at least 30 or so screens of my Inquisitor if not more) is because I've grown very attached to him, he's my first and only character so far and I probably won't get as attached/like the next few characters I make as much as I do him ... so yes, I want to show him off! I'm proud of him It's not that weird lol.

 

I really think that's fair enough. I don't understand why people are bothered by this, if you're not interested in looking at that character then just scroll past it. There are some people (like myself) who I am sure really enjoy looking at a well constructed character. Why complain about it?!

The one thing I wish we had more control of is eye shape.  That's the one part of my Japanese based inquisitor that really bugs me. The eyes really are the soul of the character to me.
