Oh my gosh, this one is hilarious ! ![]()
He reminds me of butcher from "Gangs of New York"
Quick question, does anyone like any of my inquisitors? I don't mean to be needy, but I see so many people getting love for their inquisitors, and both times I've posted mine no one's said anything. Kinda gets me down, y'know.
Sometimes there are so many pictures on one page that I sometimes don't notice all of them. Besides, the only thing that matters is that you like your inquisitor. I posted mine a while back and it got a few likes. However, I ended up deleting her because I wasn't feeling 'it', even though she looked good. I thought a few appearance tweaks (few imperfections here and there or change of hair color) would fix it, but I realized later on that I connected more with female elves in this particular game and their role in the story.
So it's all good if you love playing with her.
And people have different tastes and may end up not responding if your taste doesn't match theirs. ![]()
Here are a few pics of my first Inquisitor Evelyn, didnt spend too much time in the CC, this is my first run so all i wanted was a non-hideous female, just a few tweaks to a default face...not sure quite how i got purple eyes, was going for a light blue...more CC/ingame inconsistencies:

Here's my warrior Tenzen, I couldn't find a decent cutscene so this is the best I could find

Accidently created some kind of Commander Shepard ![]()

So I'm a bit late to the party, I had to wait a few weeks to get some new PC hardware before I could start playing, but I thought I'd show off now that I can. I went buck wild with the character creator. I really love the new one, I just wish there was more hair options and they weren't all unisex... ![]()

Holy smokes, she's absolutely gorgeous! Do you have sliders? Or any sort of tip on how to make the nose look that divine would definitely be appreciated too. I can't get over how gorgeous she is!
I am terrible. I don't have the sliders. :/
I'll type what I can remember! Hope this somewhat helps.
As for the way I designed her face (nose included), I started with the first female elf preset. That blond girl-next-door looking one. The reason I picked that one is because it has the perfect lips. I did not alter the lips.
Starting with the nose, I didn't use the preset's nose. I used a different shape. Sadly I can't remember which shape, but scan through them and look for the nose that is the most slender and doesn't have too big of a bridge-bump. From there, I slimmed down the bridge width. I also lowered the nose's height as far down as it will go on the face. (This will require you to lower the height of the chin and mouth so that she looks normal, but hold that thought.) The nose's tip and the nostrils are key. You want to skinny the size of the tip and then slightly lower the tip, so it looks like it's pointing downward a bit (not too much). The nostrils require a bit of flaring (not too much) and you need to raise them slightly higher than the tip.
As for the chin/jaw - first I fixed her chin. I lined her underbite and overbite up evenly, so that she does not have either an underbite nor overbite. I lowered the chin's height to match the nose's lowered height of course. I also angled the chin a bit forward to contribute to that "cutting" jawline. Speaking of jawline, go and set it all the way back and then raise it a little bit. Then widen the jaw size, but of course not too wide - line the jaw bone width up with cheekbone width is my rule of thumb. Also adjust the jaw bones' height by raising them ever so slightly. Jowls - go fix the jowls. That one I do remember - the jowl slider needs to be all the way at the very bottom, maybe an inch from the left margin. Just eyeball it. What else? Oh. Get rid of the double chin. Make that disappear. And get rid of any hint of an adams apple (that slims down the neck too).
Cheek shape: Go in and make her cheeks more shallow, hence move the slider to the left. Don't go all the way to the left, otherwise she looks emaciated and weird. Find a comfortable medium.
Also, since the nose's height was lowered, as well as chin's height and the lips' height - you will need to adjust the eyes. Lower them a bit to make the proportions look normal. Also, remember to pick out your hairstyle first, and then adjust the ears' size and shape around hair clipping issues. That's what I always do. And from there, sometimes you can line the height of your eyes up with the tops of the ears.
Here is my Mahanon Lavallen. Sword and Shield Champion. Josiemancer.

I thought I'd spin up a Dalish Inquisitrix, named Rosseth; "copper-coloured hair" in Sindarin, apparently.

P.S I'm sorry for the lack of good shots, i usually forget to take a screnshoot in a good moments, brain fart issues ^^
So couldn't screencap for reasons which my computer refuses to tell me despite attempting to use all software in the universe so here's a photo straight from the phone camera. Oh man.

Haha, sliders or no sliders, this absolutely helps a ton - I've been wanting to play an elf and this really seals it for me, I've been terrible at figuring out how to make one look to my preference. So thank you for the comprehensive tutorial on how to make an awesome elf-lady!
I'm going to put the kettle on and then go try this out in game. I definitely know how the rest of my night is going to be spent now! : D
This is my Inquisitor Alec (I hope)
