I attempted to re-create the female Dalish tarot card earlier today. I think I did okay-ish. Makes me wish hair like in the tarot was available in-game though. :'(

I don't think I've had a chance to say this yet, but I've come across your Taerel several times on this thread now and I adore him.

I was just sorting through my screenshots I took last night of Miserril, I'm very fast with the button mashing, so I have like 2 dozen from every cutscene. And I found this one which is so gonna be my new wallpaper for her folder.

 

 

For now anyway, I always come across something better as the game goes on.

I'm such a huge fan of the weird nose bridge from DA2. I put it on my elf Inquisitor as well.  Its nice we can tone it down to not as severe either.  And that from a front angle it looks totally natural and human then from the side it looks all "elfy." and alien.  Just something about it fits really well with Elves to me.  Maybe I'm just weird. 

 

I also want that pretty braided hair in the tarot cards.  Heck any of the racial tarot cards hair. Hopefully we see something closer one day.

Yeah I was a real fan of the tarot card, but it's kind of misleading. They look so different in the actual CC. Wish they'd at least followed it more closely. Oh well.

I'm happy with my elf boy as well, and the nose bridge I could get from DA2.

Everyone's characters are brilliant, though I am rather curious, I have noticed, as have others it appears from reading some of the comments, there is a very strong trend in the characters.

Male elves have a fenris esque pale goth like look to them.. female elves trend more towards merrill esque.. 

A lot of the humans, male and female tend to trend more towards movie star esque looks, whilst dwarves.. well dwarves look like dwarves.. 

Qunari it appears have two distinct facial shapes, round and muscular like sten, or slim and pointed.. forming a more triangular appearance like the iron bull.

Not saying it is a bad thing, just a trend I have noticed.

I can only speak for myself but my male elf is definitely not pale or goth-y. I prefer rugged and red like blood.

Wow. You must friend request me. DeadJester88. Those are some fresh and very good looking distinquished faces my friend. The photos look like they where taken in a "photo mode". Wish most games had photo mode. Especially RPGs and every First Person perspective type game. Maybe you can help me create my ideal Inquisitor? Ive made 10 so far, deleted 5 and 5 remain. I figure that the game will get a major patch or update soon (Hopefully before the new year as it would be a nice gift for the holidays from Bioware and EA.) and that way I wont find myself halfway thru the story and sidequests only to want to go back and start over because of something that has changed. Just like destiny, I stopped playing that game after the major stry mission after hearing about how short and inconclusive it was and I'll wait for the DLC. If it doesn't do the game justice then **** it)

Sliders bro? That would be soo tight especially since thats my favorite hairstyle (like a medieval fade. A regular fade would seem to generic) hairstyle but I can never get it to work right on my chars so I default to the generic emo looking messy cut. I wonder why there is no ceasar style cut or why the ones available are all (NO offence to colored Inquisitors or Jewquisitors) jewfro textured and colored folk textured. You know what I mean. Black fellas have a specific type of hair consistency. That's why thse with fros need a pick cuz it can go flat. Like Styrofoam. I really hope thats not comng off a racist or offensive. Sorry if it is.

Actually looks like a girl I know. Weird. Must be the modernesque hairstyle. She looks like the type who seems sweet and sugary but then can snap and go ghetto fabulous when crossed. lol. I suck at making characters. I think I loose patience and default to a generic looking face. Like "Hey there, aren't I handsome. Ill be the new Inquisitor around here. Gotta light baby. Names Guy Trevellyan."

rth it once you get it right tho cuz while im still rerolling, every cutscene makes me think of what could of been done better and im always seconds away from deleting and new gaming. But the Hinterlands is fun. I just cant get a character right because of a specific Hairstyle that only looks right on a specific headshape BUT I disicovered a neat little trick which I hope isn't a glitch that lets you cobine the likenesses of two headshapes at once. look at my thread for further instruction. Im all giddy heeee heee heheheeheehe.
