After I finish my nightmare playthrough (also my canon* one) I'll probably try my hand with an elf rogue archer... romancing Dorian of course   Also curious about playing 2H warrior... also as elf. I did try the character creator on elf though and it's a bit tricky... oh well  271 hours and counting...

I spent nearly 4 hours last night trying to make a good looking beardquisitor. It took me a while, and hair is what hair is in DAI, but I think I finally got something worth showing for my efforts. What do you all think?

Couldn't wait for the male elf problems get fixed, so started with a human male instead. It took me a good while to get him to look the way he does because I found creating a decent looking male in DAI almost as difficult as in ME3 but I'm actually quite happy with the result. It just sucks that there isn't face codes to save.

Thank you. An actor? Really? Well, I certainly didn't have anyone in mind at all when I created him. I wonder who it is that he resembles. I hope it's not someone I really don't like.

Solomon Trevelyan, archer. The only male character other than Gilan (below) who managed to survive the prologue and Hinterlands. Quite a feat considering how many times I went through the CC.

Also nice looking man, flancake, he looks really cute and kawaii~ ^-^ My own tries at making human male were really bad and my Hawke looks like a monkey now. Guh.

No no, don't be modest. I think he definitely rivals Varric. Nice work! Did he look this good in the CC or is it the cutscenes that make him look good? I've found that some of my characters are still meh in the CC but then when I finally get to playing I'm much happier, and also vice-versa 

 

Thank you! Yeah, surprisingly, he actually looked pretty decent in CC but definitely looks better in cut scenes.

 

I usually struggle with Human males and Elven females in CC, they can look so off in CC but look great in-game or even the other way around.

 

Example with my new Elven archer I'm still in the process of tweaking, her face doesn't look quite right, I think her eyes are the issue (or maybe just her whole face length).

 

 

But she comes out looking pretty good.

 

 

Until I see her in a brighter light and her eye make-up is just awful... So it's back to the drawing board again for more tweaking.
