Really fantastic creation. I get a Claire Forlani vipe from her looks especially eyes, which is totally unfair since I have had the ultimate crush on her for the longest time 

 

I agree. She looks like Claire Forlani. It's the eyes, cheekbones and face shape. That was the first thought that popped into my head too. Loved her and Brad Pitt in Meet Joe Black.

I'd suggest making her cheeks a bit wider and maybe lower her eyebrows a bit?

This is laurel, my human rogue. The cc photo looks....odd (shape of head), so I am glad she looked better in game. Nothing extraordinary but I like her.

The skin looks so grey in CC! But then in game it's all warm and lovely... Also... the face seems to look flat.

We also can't truly compare them since they were taken with a phone, so the tilt of the phone screen can drastically adjust the face's proportions.

As far as the differences between CC and in-game, there are a lot of instances where the lighting in the room/environment really affects the...as I call it "glow" of your character. For anyone using makeup on their character, I highly suggest setting the makeup you like...and then taking down any blush by one step. Don't think of it as slapping on makeup - pretend you're Michelle Phan all in this and need to make it nice.

that and the forehead seems shorter/smaller. like in the generator is looking at the face from slightly above it or something

It's actually something to do with the bridge of the nose. I'm not sure if the gap between the eyes and the bridge needs to be wider or narrower, but that area is the issue. Also, maybe try raising the eyebrows.

No. Mine looked pretty much the same, allowing some slight variance in lighting. Remember that most of these photos are cellphone quality so that might account for more difference.

My rogue, Luara. Quite a bit of differences between various scenes in the game for me too. She sometimes looks pretty weird when viewed from a distance. But then again most characters do.

Some of the dome pieces here are huge. The hairlines and foreheads are massive. Looks like i will have to go with bangs.
