I made my first attempt at a human female (after only making elves)... and failed.  I ended up using someone else's sliders, and I'm quite happy with the results.  I wanted her to have a unique appearance in the game, and not look like a generic NPC (which was all I could achieve on my own).

Does anyone know if there a way to reduce the size of your elf head or whether not there a fix for this. I started my first play through with an elf but after 50 hour of play I could not stand that my head was the nearly thee size of shoulder so I started a new character with a different race.

I had to post the puppy dog eyes. Poor Mathius looks like a kid who just got coal for Christmas. Also, is it weird that he seems to look much different in game than how he did in the CC? It seems like the roguishly handsome character I created was replaced by a church boy. Looking closely they may be two entirely different characters. I don't know, my first day and a half with the game was a blur of constantly playing so I might have remade him. I kind of regret doing so if that's the case, I quite like that version of Mathius in the CC.

 

 

Also, Aurora sees what you did there... and she is not amused.
