Your screenshots look amazing! Where did you download SweetFX and what preset settings did you use?

 

This is the preset I use. The author also provides the download for the correct version of SweetFX. If you have Windows 8.1, you will need to run it through RadeonPro. There are verisons of SweetFX out there that supposedly work without RadeonPro with Windows 8.1, but so far I actually prefer to use it since it's easy and I can customize hotkeys and where my screenshots are saved. You also hear a cool "click click" sound when you take screenshots so you know it's working. 

 

My graphics settings are everything on Ultra with 2X MSAA @ 1440p. I also have customized settings with the NVIDIA control panel including 16x Antisotropic filtering.

I do have Windows 8.1 and using RadeonPro might actually be preferable. I've been running the game with Mantle, but Fraps only works with DirectX so this might proof to be a great alternative. My graphical settings are on Ultra as well, so I should be able to get it all working.

Three new inquisitors, because my altitis is as bad as ever.

 

Antani Lavellan.

Easygoing and good with a sword, Antani is an optimist that is determined to close the Breach, hoping it will mean better times for elves in Thedas if they succeed.

He doesn't like being called Herald of Andraste but think the human Maker might have had a hand in saving him (he believes in both the Maker and the elven gods, something his Keeper sometimes gently chides him for from time to time).

Also an attempt to create a handsome male elf.

Thandi Trevelyan

Likes hunting and archery and have several trophies from archery tournaments. Also cares a lot about the small people and often helps the chantry in charity works.

Believes it was through the Maker's grace she survived and got the mark on her hand that can close the rifts. Accepts the Herald of Andraste title because it gives hope to people but have some private doubts it was actually Andraste that helped her in the Fade, even if she hopes it's true.

Determined to seal the Breach or die trying.

An attempt to make a kind of mix between Vivienne, Beyonce and the Dahomey mino warriors.

Maya Lavellan (or Balsitch of Korse if you prefer )

Small, mean in a fight and stubborn like a rock. Respected for her fighting skills but not well liked. As a result she cares about her clan but has a pretty bleak and pessimistic outlook.

Has a sneaking suspicion the Keeper sent her to spy on the Conclave to get her out of the clan for a while (she's wrong).

Dislike the Herald of Andraste thing a lot, but recognize the threat the Breach and rifts pose to Thedas and is determined to help.

Suspects that the moment they succeed and she stops being needed to close the rifts the shems will turn on her and kill her.

An albino dalish elf with a fade-touched mark "falsely claiming to be the Herald of Andraste" (which she never does, but who would listen?)... The shems kill elves with a lot less provocation than that.

Does have some respect for Cassandra but is still wary of the other advisors for now.

Meant to be less conventionally pretty and more of a tomboy (so the strawlike messy hair actually works in favor of the character for once...).

Greetings! I've been following this post with great interest. You guys have shared so many awsome characters! A great source for inspiration, and I thought I would share my bunch of Inquisitors with you as well.

 

Arianna, my Lavellan mage and Cullen romance. 1st playthrough and will probably end up as my "headcanon".

I was planning to make one character for each romance option, but since I cannot get myself to like Sera I decided not to. (My apologies to those of you who really like her  )

 

Character creator is so much fun. I spend a lot of time getting just the look I'm aiming for. I have also deleted several characters, since lightening is so different in CC and in-game (my first chars had gary looking makeup, glistening lips etc). Time will show if I make some more, but right now I'm happy with this bunch

Been messing about on my new human mage. She's a devout Andrastian who wants to see both the Circle and the Chantry restored, so of course she gets along famously with Vivienne. She sided with the templars, naturally, and is now trying to get into Cullen's smallclothes.

Check out the top line of my signature.  The OP of the thread is really kind and most of the folks in their are pretty knowledgeable.  Many of the folks in there use SweetFX (I don't atm.)  They should be able to give you a hand.

To my knowledge, you don't even need RadeonPro with Windows 7. You would just drop the SweetFX download directly into your game's executable folder. However, I believe RadeonPro will give you the added benefit of hearing when it captures a screenshot and customizing your toggles. If it helps, I uploaded a guide to my process to my DropBox account (please note that I do have Windows 8.1 so there might be slight differences). I don't know how to make a vid, so it's just a word document.

At this point I'd ditch RadeonPro in favour of ReShade (http://reshade.me/#download). It works beautifully in DA:I, including the depth buffer access.

I've already completed the human's game. Also, those who've played through Planescape: Torment will probably recognise the name 'Aelwyn' (pronounced "ale-win" or at least that's how I say it). The elf's ears are so big 'cause I didn't want the ears and hair to clip - still looks nice, though.
