I quite like the second one. Even if I find that vallaslin a bit too much. But the colour suits her perfectly!

I agree! The second one is by far my favourite! I never used that vallaslin because it never suited any of my Lavellan but somehow you managed to do it! You did a really good job!

Just started my 4th playthrough. Wanted to do another Lee Pace/Thranduil inspired character, this time I think I nailed it better than the previous. Ended up using different nose/eye shapes among other things. Spent 2 hours looking at over 40 reference photos to get it as close as possible. I also screenshotted the sliders if anyone's interested in those.
I'm interested in the screen shots. Could you share them?

After a few hours in Yseult playthrough I noticed a few things that I didn't like and so, I took another trip to the CC. And I love the new Yseult!

Thought I'd start a dwarf inquisitor, because I'm going to do one eventually and I wanted to see what I could come up with...
Calling him Corrin Cadash, a warrior, of course.

I was trying to make a dwarf without a beard, but it just seemed to make his head look too small, or something, as you can see from my earlier attempts below. I think Varric is the only dwarf character who can pull off being beardless, because of that magnificent jaw of his. So, I added a beard, but wanted to make sure there wasn't any clipping, which it seemed to do when I added a beard to an earlier attempt at this character. The really full beard just seems weird, for some reason, like there are bits of it that are out of place or not entirely finished, so I went with this one. I also went with this hair style. I wanted more of a full head of hair, but more of a 'flowing locks' sort, but the hair styles are only so long in the character creator. So I gave him the pony tail in back with the loose hair on the sides. I was going for a 'touch of grey.' I wanted his eyes to be blue, and at first they seemed too dark in the CC, so I gave the inner iris a bit more blue, and now they seem a bit too bright..but oh well--I guess it goes to that 'piercing blue eyes' effect I was thinking of. I wanted him to look like he'd been through a lot of close quarters fighting, so of course I gave an obligatory eye scar. There's a bit of eyeshadow to make him look tired..not sure how well that worked out..but to assist with that effect, I also used the tattoo that just covers the eyes and goes across the nose--turned to the lowest intensity.
Below in the spoiler tagged area is the first attempt I made with this character. The first time I got close to being finished, I kept thinking he looked a bit like Kurt Russell, or maybe Tommy Lee Jones.. Kurt Russell would have been okay, I guess, but I think I'd want the option to give him an eye patch, like Snake Plissken
Anyway, the beardless look just didn't seem right for this dwarf, at least not when looking at the rest of his body. It's like his head was too small, but maybe that was just the starter armor. I don't know.. I deleted this save, unfortunately. I'm hoping (again) that Bioware releases a Mirror of Transformation in a future DLC. That way we can all make little corrections to our characters, for things that we notice over time. My first inquisitor is still my favorite as far as looks go, but even with him I would make a few small changes, like maybe make his eyes a bit bigger, or change his eyebrows, or bring in his cheekbones. So I'm keeping this dwarfquisitor for now, maybe not playing him right away, in the hopes that there is such a 'character facial revision' DLC coming down the road...because I feel like I'm pretty close to where I want him to be.

Just tried a female elf inquisitor: Rhovhenna. I thought about Yevhenna as a name first, but who cares about the name, lol

I ended up using the same hair as the dwarf I just made...realizing that all the hair options were exactly the same for males and females of apparently all non-qunari races... I thought about longer hair, but the small ponytail ended up looking a little better. I was going to make the vallaslin really faded so as to be invisible, but I really kind of liked that particular tattoo, so I made it a little more visible. I was going to use one of the other ones, but I just went with that one. Not sure if I like it from all angles, though. I only gave her a little bit of a faded scar above her left eyebrow, where the tattoo is. I didn't think I make the lip color too bright in the character creator, but now I'm not so sure.. same with the eye shadow--didn't want it too heavy. Again, I'll reserve this character for a while and hope for a Mirror of Transformation DLC sometime, because it's pretty close to what I had in mind. I'm actually happier with this character's appearance on the whole than I am with the dwarf I just made.
So that's it for characters for me. I might mess around and check out a few other race/gender combinations, but these are probably all I'll make and actually play through. It's been fun sharing them here!

Grace Trevelyan, I wanted to make a human inquisitor that matched the American Voice Set. And I think she does Sumalee great justice.
Edit: Got a better front shot I wanted to share as well
She's gotta be one of my favorites..

That much is true. It's nice that we/anyone can pull off some cool looks though, despite it.

Another pic of Erandur Lavellan. You might notice a touch of Solas. That kind of rhymed, didn't it? Or, at least, rolled off the tongue?
