I just went for my interpretation of "youngest son of House Trevelyan". Young. Misleadingly naive looking at first glance. But angular and lean as a young man trained to fight with daggers. He's really basic but I've been pleased how he fits my expectations. CC is such a pain in trying to reproduce him for other play-throughs.
Jayvyn was the First in his clan. Two days before he was to get his vallaslin, his Keeper came to him and asked him for a huge favor - to go to the conclave with the shemlens' Divine as a spy. She was sending him precisely because he didn't have 'I'm a Dalish spy' written all over his face yet. And because as a mage, he didn't need to carry a weapon on him to defend himself, if necessary. Plus with hi boyish look, no one would suspect him to be anything more than a cute knife-ear servant. A perfect undercover... too bad it didn't work.
This is how he looked in the CC and how he looks in the game. I wish I knew why his hair turns brown most of the time.
And Ursus, also a mage - because I want to romance Bull and I'm curious how he'll react to the Saarebaas (please don't spoil it for me). I only created him today so I don't have decent in game pictures yet.

After a month away from PC gaming, I've finally gotten back to DA:I. I got inspired earlier to roll up my first tank in the series, and this is gonna be quite different for me. I've been playing exclusively dps in many RPGs for over 27 years now, so I think it's time to branch out.
Anyway, meet Valena, my human warrior. She's not nearly as conventionally beautiful as my previous character (my mage was pretty sheltered prior to the start of the game,) but Valena here isn't meant to be. She's a warrior that's seen a battle or three, and has a few scars as well as a bit of a busted nose. She's not too hard on the eyes though, and I think her and Bull are gonna work out splendidly. She's pro-Templar, believes in Andraste (although thinks the Chantry politics can take a hike) She's not anti-mage, just is very mistrustful of magic.
I took the first preset face and modified the hell outta it.
Was I at the Conclave, or did someone spike my mead again? Nope, I'm not in my small clothes The hell am I?"
