The problem is getting all the proportions correct. What looks good from the front can look terrible from any other angle. The facial "self-insert" I made looks amazing from the front and almost spot-on, but from any side angles it's a train wreck. I have to go back to the drawing board with her - patiently waiting for the BE.

Games hard really...   CC can drive me mad - But i like it still, some days i spend more time in there than any other place in game ^^

I went back and tried again with the additional advice you people have been providing (and I really appreciate!).  This is what I have now.  She's definitely getting closer to looking like Liv Tyler .  I've been saving the sliders too as I go back.

I'm impressed by anyone who can successfully replicate a celebrity/character in the CC, heh.  I tried to make Natalie Portman this time.  I saw a request for her on the DA: I sliders subreddit.  I'm trying, at least XD

Yep, she catched my eyes in the other thread, and I was right in my mind, your Qunari is GORGEOUS ! Thank you for sharing !  I love how she has a lovely gaze and a lovely smile, but when she is pissed, she becomes quite scary.    Whiskasgirl's qunari and yours are my favourite female qunari by far from what I've seen so far ! Most beautiful Qunari(s) for me.

As for me, I tried to recreate Marlène Jobert (I totally didn't had this idea by finding out on TV one of her old movie, nope not at all). I think I'll go back on some things (I can't get her nose right! It's really frustrating and her eyelashes came out in a totally different colour for some reasons ) but overall I'm pretty happy with the outcome

Thanks, yeah that one straight-on shot is really close. I just wish I could play her, but from the side it's way off. The nose ends up being too big and the jaw is messed up. She almost ends up looking "fox-faced," and my face is not shaped like that at all when viewed at an angle. I will play with it a bit more when the BE comes out because if I keep trying to re-create it from scratch in the CC I'll end up going nuts. I have other playthroughs I have to finish first so I have some time til I "need" to start playing my 2H Reaver anyways!

This is probably out of topic, but speaking of dresses, today I saw a picture on tumblr, and the inspiration came like a lightning bolt.

Just imagine this with shiny chainmails like under the dalish scout armor. *-*
The upper part would be separate from the "skirt". It would be of shiny satin, while the "skirt" of a light, flowing material. Plus awesome knee-high boots.

Thank you! Im quite happy with all the changes, but she looks abit diff - her eyes are not so blue anymore 

I can live with that tho! I was in a dire need of a new card, with the old i was forced to use for abit i crashed like every 30min. Frustrating to say... 

But since swap, no crash      Yiiaaah!

I worked hard on her trying to get her to be abit unique, i tend to make very soft/round faced IQ's so she really do stand out for me

Shes my warrior, so i wanted her to be abit more "sharp" in her face but still femme!
