Yea as tklivory already got to answer, Ja'ali actually was created to only tryout this hairmod. But weak as iam i fell inlove with him from start!

Mintsong's using a new hair mod by Skaramoosh (who has now done two hair mods for male elves). There are actually quite a few hair mods out now, if you want to check them out.

The thing that turns me off about the braided style is that the sides are completely bald, rather than cropped really short. Personality-wise, she is an adrenaline junkie Reaver - so either style would fit. What do you guys think?

Melissa, I prefer this look for her. The other one looks too similar to Rhiannon-. With this hair she has her own personality, at least for me
This is Ivoreth Lavellan. She lets her friends call her Ivo. Or Ivy for those really creative fans of nicknames. She's a mage, and a dork, and generally a sweetheart, except when that's just not an option anymore.
I kind of tried to include a few DA2 elf characteristics that I actually rather liked, so I gave her the very prominent, straight nose (as seen in profile) and slightly too large eyes. I think it all comes together rather well. She continues my DA-Mage-Tradition of pale skin, black hair and pale eyes (green, where my Hero of Ferelden had grey and Hawke had blue).

I used the save editor to change the values of the hair and scalp. I also use it to make the eyelashes, shadow, liner and brows darker than you can get in the CC. I've been trying to figure out how to add in funky highlights (like black hair with colored highlights) but have so far been not too successful. I'll have to get some pictures of Rowan's black hair after work. She has very subtle red highlights, which look just like what I was going for (black hair that's been exposed to the sun a lot). I was also able to "fix" my Qunari's "yellow" scalp that you end up with out of the vanilla CC with white hair.

Thanks guys. It seems like the consensus is to go with the longer hair. Maybe I can play around with the save editor a bit more and add in some funky colors for the long style. I always kinda envisioned that one as a sort of long "battle-maiden" mohawk, with the shaved sides and all. In my head, the hair is much longer than you can actually see - that she has it tied and tucked beneath her top.

Aaah Interesting, was kinda thinking it was the save editor. I was playing around with it abit while back.. With same settings as u speak of - apart for the highlights in hair! That would be a killer tho if we could add... normally it makes hairs look way more living Keep at it, you never know! And ill be waiting for the screen of Rowans hair

I actually do have 3 female characters. An elf, a Qunari and a dwarf who I messed up by accidentally making her too pink. (Curse you CC lightning!) I do have posted some pictures of them but not nearly as much as I keep spamming the others. I quite honestly think I'm more successful at creating and RPing male characters for some reason
I tried to make an Inquisitor that looked like myself. Since none of the hairs and beards available really looked anything like mine, I went for a short haired and clean shaven look. He ended up looking younger than I am, but otherwise quite close.
