Yes, it is a war room. I come out of a sleep and am the scene to go first.
The setting uses DAI Cinematic Tools, but always has a hard time because it is suitable.

Intentionally not whats considered -conventionally- good-looking, I wanted to make my In-qun-sitor look a little battle worn, intense and experienced, yet not completely void of any beauty. I'm very happy with the result.
Wow, so many awesome and diverse inquisitors in this thread! Hard not to get jealous when looking at them! I decided we needed more female qunari (I know Sera wouldn't mind!) so I tried to create one of my own. She was supposed to look like a real badass, but... well, I discovered that making qunari inkys is really hard! I did give her a badass name though, Katari ("One who brings death"). 
I played around a bit with the Black Emporium today, but didn't really make any changes - after a while you can get used to your Inquisitor, flaws and all (and it's not like there were expanded hair selections to choose from...) Still, the BE does make it easier to play around with the CC rather than having to start a new game every time.

This thread is full of win, so many great looking Inquisitors and variety here, wow.
Installed the BE yesterday. Tried to make my first IQ look like me, didn't really work out and got too lazy to restart a playthrough to make one who looks like me better, so I played through the whole campaign as him.
Now with the BE and once I get JoH and other DLC, I can play as an IQ who looks closer to me. I made the eyes a more natural blue, fixed the facial structure and finally added some scars. What's nice is I actually have a small scar underneath my lip that is difficult to see, so it works out perfect with my new IQ. I've been doing a lot of the side content with the new version as well, too. I really like the intensity he has in the eyes now, as I have that look in public usually.

Sevi Trevelyan, my oddly Templar-sympathetic mage. I intended for her eyes to be red and orange, but somehow they came out pinkish. I've gotten so used to it, when I was finally given the chance with the Black Emporium I decided not to change them...

After few hours I had to change her eyebrows. She had really weird face expression with those... ^ I couldn't decide on her lips as well, but I didn't want to mess them up, so I just left them as they were. I also couldn't find a good nose for her... Don't even get me started on haircuts.
But I think she looks alright in the end
Thought I'd share the beginnings of a beautiful relationship.
Okay, so he isn't conventionally attractive, but I like that about him, and he is masculine which I thought was an important trait for Iolan to have. I may still do some tweaks, of course.
Ended up making new Keep World State again - this time based on Morrigan's romance - and due to that, a new Inquisitor: Aidyn Cadash.
He is rather swell guy, and interested in fine ladies like Josephine. Too bad that I actually need to play other Inquisitors before him; from what I have read romance in question is really cute and sweet.
And Dragon Age Keep is making starting new games way too easy.... ^^;
