My first femElf, loving her voice...

@ sylvianus - I'm usually busy and my mind is going in so many directions, but I remember you had a Qunari character too. The name started with a Z. Thank you for Pious. Maybe I'll add one more picture towards the end of the story.
This was my first character - Mirdath, a female human mage. She has white hair 'cause the spell of a fellow apprentice went terribly wrong and she got touched by a demon. This experience convinced her of the absolutely need of the circles of magi.

I just finished the game with her two days ago and I miss her ![]()
Yesterday I started a new game, this time it's going to be a male Qunari named Kaaras.
Yes, I know, he looks quite human ... but he's going to have a romance with Cassandra and I just couldn't think of her falling in love with a "real" Qunari
Not sure about the freckles though - maybe I'll switch to more wrinkles instead.

@ Auronvigo : Oh, yes I have a qunari, but she is called Herah; I have a character called Zahira, indeed, but this is another Trevelyan. I should post some new pics of my Qunari in the future. But bad news however, the xbox screenshot feature doesn't work anymore, I don't know why.
I'm forced to take pictures with my phone again.
And good news for Pious !!
Now, there my first attempt to recreate my warden. Syv Cousland. Okay, truth must be told, it lacked many features, like the eyesbrows, eye shadow from DAO, beards, and many other things . I did my best without them with what I had.
( my character is blonde in DAO, it's just the weird lightening in this place on this pic that changes a bit the color )

What a lovely, gorgeous gal, so graceful ! The second pic is killing me ! What a sweet and intense gaze. I already liked her with the vanilla hairstyle, but there, it's just too much for me. Really good job ! Love her vibe !
Another of your gals ? Lol, beautiful too !
Thank you!
Both took me hours to create, its even more fun since my mods work. I love both of them ![]()

I may be able to help you with this if it's the same problem I was having on the weekend. When you double tap the home button, does the screenshot/game clip mini-menu pop up green and without any button options? If that's the case then you just need to hard reset your console and it will fix itself.

Thank you, I'll try that.
My first attempt on the creation of a Qunari, hope you guys like it.

My gf suggested me to call her " Yenn " and I believe that is Yennefer nickname from The Witcher
, I'm on early gameplay, yet I'm really having a lot of fun playing with her ![]()
Nice guy, Seraff!
thanks verra much! he animates pretty well in-game too - personality in the eyes!
A few replies to kind comments:
@Sylvianus: Aww, thank you! I'm really happy that I'm not the only one who likes her design!
And that armor looks like it was made especially for her ouo
@Karai9: Thank you! Josie insistet and no one can stop her when she decides on something o 3o
@Lylliaa: Thank you!
This screenshot was such a nice suprise. I fell in love with it the very second I saw it. I'm glad you like it as well.
@settrah: Thanks! Profile is that one think that gives me headache while creating character (after hairstyle, nothing will beat that), so it's good to hear someone likes it =)
Also, if I were to comment on every lovely Inquisitor that was posted here while I was away, I would probably give you wall of text that no one wants to see here. So I'm going to say:
SO MANY UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL INQUISITORS!
so..I think I just made Cassandra in the CC
(edit: once again..ignore # on forehead..i'm still modding eyebrows lol)
this hair..apparently even "Cassandra" and her glorious cheekbones can't make it look good. [disgusted noise]
Ah... the joys of modding eyebrows and testing them; again and again and again....

Kudos to Sylvianus and everyone else attempting to make a good replica of their characters from the previous games inside this new engine.

AUGH I feel you! it's an endless cycle of eyebrow-induced suffering. Those are looking fantastic, by the way.
o.O Did the import go bad, or the dds conversion or what??
No this was from testing placement. There are six eyebrows on one channel of the map that I edited. If you place one set of eyebrows too low, it encroaches on the set below them on the map. Being able to get eyebrows that sit low enough on the brow can be a pain because of this. It's why one of my eyebrow sets just goes up at the corners and doesn't come back down giving them the Star Trek Vulcan look, which I hated at first but now I kinda like.
It should be noted that even the vanilla eyebrows have this occur. If you are using a dark colour and cycle through the eyebrows, you will notice tiny (or not so tiny) dark patches appear on you character's forehead. I think I eliminated it completely on my set but Bioware didn't fix it on all of theirs.

I know, I know.... EB4M was going to be a quick little addition to my face texture but it ended up taking forever. I don't know how Shantia had the patience to replace all of them.
That pic was an early placement test. The mod is out now. I keep looking at them and thinking I want to change a few things but I can't even think about eyebrows for a week at least.
@mrjack: Oh I've seen that mod--it looks great. I'm definitely going to test it out when I get around to making a new male inq. and haha yes, Shantia has all my admiration and respect! It is tiring to constantly fix minute details in the shape/placement/etc..
@BansheeOwnage: That is actually the coolest thing. godly photoediting abilities indeed! ![]()
@Sylvianus: you really got the resemblance down--that's super impressive, especially given that the available features were so different!
I guess I'll post what I've been working on between editing eyebrows lol. trying to get cat-eye..ish..eyeliner. So far these are a couple attempts I've made:

Neck tattoos? Where???? I love, love, love neck tattoos in DA and haven't seen any until these pics. Where did you find them?
Oh, and Aerek bumped into Stroud for the first time. Fun stuff:

They actually are part of the face texture I'm working on--ahh sorry to disappoint! I'm actually not sure if anyone has released a mod with neck tattoos already:(
edit: hmm I'm not sure but it might be possible to mod neck tattoos with the actual tattoo files instead of face textures..going to have to see about that tomorrow--if that turns out, I could share
edit2: gah, who needs sleep anyways..! I stayed up and tested it out. Results:
turned out a bit light, but I am going to try to up the contrast in photoshop and see if I can get it to look as vibrant as the ones painted onto the texture. Also figured out how to mod the makeup masks instead of painting onto the face texture!
(also, I can't remember if I posted this before or not but--was great seeing more pictures of Maik'hel a couple pages ago)

Yea, I was bummed there were so precious few neck tattoo options. And the few in the CC are simple lines straight down the center of the neck. I really enjoy tattoos on my heroes that actually circle the neck entirely, far more than the ones that cover their faces. Had to download mods for DA2 to get one on my Hawke, mind you. But I loved it.
And oh yea. I never ever get tired of images of Maik'hel. I am so recreating him eventually and then I'll bug this thread with yet more images of my favorite elfy Inquisitor:
