I've had the game for 3 days now and been in the cc for so many hours and this qunari (Esaam Adaar) is the only one i'm happy with. I'm so OCD with this.

Just wondering but have any of you seen a mod or know of a way to make our PC's eyes look like those glowing blue/blue eyes from Dune?  I'm working on a RP concept with my character that because of her exposure to certain magic elements, it caused this sort of physical change.

First post! I recently started playing DAI, after finishing the other two games in the series, and so far I'm loving every minute of it. I've also spent quite a lot of time on this thread (lurking around!), and I'm so impressed with everyone's skills in the CC! The CC is so good, it's actually a curse. I think I've developed OCD.

 

Here's my very first inquisitior, dwarf DW rogue Friga Cadash. Sadly, I didn't realize how awesome dwarves are until now (I didn't play as a dwarf in DAO). I wanted her to look realistic and badass - I'm not sure if I succeeded, but at least she has a bumpy nose (I love making bumpy noses) and doesn't look like a supermodel. Anyway - off to romance the pants off Blackwall! (FINALLY, Bioware gives us a manly hairy romance option. ABOUT FREAKIN' TIME!!!)

Thank you! It means a lot to hear that. I'd love to see pics here of IQs using the mods. I check this thread every day and see some amazing, really unique characters and I love it. I don't post much (usually to hawk my wares!) but I love, love, love seeing what you guys do.

Well, here are a couple of updates of Alyia, my Elf Mage.  I would like to personally thank all the mod experts on these forums who have helped me so much lately with the usage of their mods and advice on how to improve my character.  I still have a good bit of work I want to do on her eyes and her complexion (adding a dusting of freckles) but I'm really happy with where this is going so far.  These are just some headshots for now.  I'll drop a full body shot later once I tweek it bit.  I'm really trying to make her look slightly like a half-elf hybrid.

It's a texture swap where you need to use the modding tool to export the Avvar face textures and then swap out the 3rd human female face texture. If you want to change the colors at all you will need to use Photoshop or some other tool that lets you edit those types of files. It's really neat, but it's kind of a pain in the butt. They're face textures, so you need to create different patches to run the game depending on if you want to use the texture or not. Also, it is not BE-friendly. So now I have these versions of the game depending on who I'm playing:

• Male characters (w/ Brows 4 Men)
• Female characters (w/ Brows 4 Women)
• Victoria (Avvar texture) - I actually have three different versions depending on which texture I want to use

Wow! It's a lot of work, but you take fantastic screens, so it pays off in the end. It's also a good idea to have different patches for different characters, so you don't have to merge your mod every time. Thank you for explaining me!

Oh my god. So much attractiveness from a qunari. The overwhelming feeling strikes again. I'm speechless. I think this time, I'm not going to say all  what I am thinking, because my post would be very hyperbolic ! Zezola is the most beautiful Qunari I have ever seen. She has become my new favourite Qunari. 
 
And no, good lady thank you. =) I haven't felt that way since the first time I have discovered this thread with all those amazing characters, astonished by what I saw the first times, with so many pics blowing my mind, while I was totally noob, ignorant and unaware of those possibilities in the powerful character creator. Her outfit is so awesome and yeah, again, I'm impressed by the colors you chose. ( yeah I mean the makeup, the clothes and all ) I'm in love with this Qunari. All her pics are amazing ! 
 
But her face, her facial expression in the last pic, it's just...ugh ! ( this is the first time that I see such facial expression with a Qunari, that's awesome )  I SWEAR TO GOD THAT IF SOLAS, is totally insensitive to her face there, HE HAS SOME BIG ISSUES ! SOLAS just stop talking for the love of god and hug her !!!!    Love her personality, she indeed looks fierce, but she also looks nice, love her vibe.
 
Thank you for giving me more about her, a real gift. Lol, I said, it would be short, but I still had some things to tell apparently XD ! ( I admit that I didn't even notice that you changed her horns lmao, but she is so awesome after all ! For me it doesn't change anything, she is flawless ! )
 
And, yeah, Ser Barris is awesome ! I also wanted him for one of my female characters.   Jaeghar personally could have a crush on Vivienne ( how I was disappointed for Vivienne TT ) and Calpernia and Harding.    Of course, none of them were available in DA:I lol.
 
Thank you for your encouragement about what I'm planning to do ( you should do it too ;P, I''d be happy to see the final result that would please you. I'm certain it would please me too !  ), and infortunately I already blown up this thread with a lot of pics of Jaeghar, while you weren't there. LOL. I have no more pics to share. ( shame on me ) I'll give more once I can, I promise ha ha ha !

Her armor is silk brocade and ram leather (both with modded textures). ^^ I was admiring the pj retex sparkling in the light, and I thought it looked like tiny little diamonds! *-* Then it made me think about stars and bam, night sky themed armor. xD (I would have used obsidian for the metal parts if I had had item tinter.) BUT NOW that we're at Skyhold!!
 
I love her expression on that last pic so much too!! So tender and bashful. >///< (I'll probably end up drawing it at some point!   )
Haha it's actually a good thing you didn't notice the horn change, it means that it doesn't look strange/out of place. 
 
I love Vivienne! She's one of my fave characters in Inquisition! (She's the mage in Zezy's party. ^^) It would be so interesting to see her romance but alas... ><

As to Zezola and Adelaide.... They are even more beautiful than before. Seriously, I lack the words. Zezola looks fabulous! I love her eyes, jaw, nose, EVERYTHING. She looks kind and funny but mature and proud as well, she really looks like someone you admire from afar!
I really wished there was a co-op option; can you imagine Zezola with Werra? That would be epic!
 
And Adelaide.... Those freckles are outstanding. They might have taken you a lot of time but let me tell you it was time well spent. She looks even more realistic than ever! (and beautiful of course!) AND I LOVE YOUR DRAWING, IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL.
 
I think you nailed your Hawke's looks. Stop being so good at CC, I'm jealous XD
And last but not least, Aziza! She looks beautiful of course! It's funny because she looks more approachable than Zezola! At last physically xD

personally I think Lisa is the best female quizzy I made so far. The thing I like about her is her smile. It's hard to describe but she has "the look" when she smiles.
 
That "look" makes me really like her :3

On a side note, the new body models for female qunari are out and downloadable on the Nexus!! I'm sooo excited for this, I'm merging my mods right now, can't wait to see it in the game!! ;A;

Well, if you want to know my opinion, I find it cute and funny.   

 

Eeer, at this point, it is unlikely that I show any good result to be honest ^^'', I have exactly the same issue, as it happened in the past. I was maybe, umh.. a bit too enthusiastic ! XD  I give the same size and shape for everything, the nose, the eyes, and all, but the face of the inquisitor ends up being totally different from what looks like my brother. Again. This is exactly what I feared. 

 

Seriously, I don't know how people succeeded to capture real life faces and the face of celebrities, I'm more impressed than ever. LOL

 

I have also learned that Bioware doesn't like black color. Total black eyes, black hair, black eyebrows don't exist. like at all.   ( It's more dark blue than black )
