Fawkes is an intense and powerful intellect, studious of everything around him – he’s very Holmesian that way. At the Circle he was nicknamed “the Fox” because he was so difficult to control, and was always outwitting his teachers and friends. He makes strategy games out of things reflexively and can be ruthless in his approach.
Fawkes struggles with connecting to people vs using them or observing them. He comes off as reserved, even pensive, but his wit peaks through every now and then. And he likes to get away with things - likes to carouse at the pub, paint naked with Dorian watching, follow fashion, and play the lute.
Fawkes seeks cleverness over power, as he is not especially talented with magic. He is keenly interested in Glyphs and never goes into the field without a jar of bees.
