Wow ! This thread keeps being amazing !   Hello, everyone, I found a computer.  I'd like to thank the lovely people who gave me such kind words in their post while I was absent ! Thank you, Whiskasgirl, Lyliaa and lady Aly !    

 

I'm also going to write some stuff about what I've seen this day ( edit, finally, it will be tomorrow ), buuut first I must honor this great thread with pics !!!!!!  Good news,  I finished the game with my canon inquisitor more than 10 days ago, and I have already plenty of pics with Jaeghar in my pocket. I have only uploaded on onedrive a few pics however the other day, the rest will follow when I'll be back. It was so great to roleplay Jaeghar !!! Now the pics..

So I deliberately made this newest Elf of mine youngish-looking.  I tend to head-canon him as around 20 years-old, which to me is young as heck.  But not utterly incapable of being mature-enough.  What are the ages of your own Inquisitors, guys?  Do most of you canon them as young, like me?  Or do you see the Inquisitor as more experienced a character?

Well, my elf Inquisitor is mid-thirty and quite experimented ; since I romanced him with Cassandra, I wanted them to be about the same age. But still, he eventually grew up/evolved... First, he just wanted to save his life, have fun, spy a little, etc. and at the end, he became a good Inquisitor who thought he had to be a role model for the good of his people, even if that meant sacrificing himself...not that original

@NWN-Ming-Ming: Mostly by luck, haha. I was frantically hitting the pause button on Flank Attack (I think?), just trying to not get the part where they're jumping. I failed trying to recreate it.

 

@phyreblade74: Meliha is 25ish but experienced thanks to mercenary ilfe. Well, experienced with fighting, not so much with the whole leading thing, so she often consults with Cassandra. My Cadash is not fleshed out at all so they don't have an age.

 

@LadyAly: Thank you! It makes me happy when someone likes my Adaar. Your Inq looks awesome.

 

@Sylvianus: Your Trevelyan is striking. Very unique. Nicely done!

 

@Dieb: Your Inq looks like he doesn't put up with any nonsense, even in a nutcracker outfit.

@ Lylliaa - I always enjoy reading the back stories included with the pictures. I didn't have time earlier but I wanted to say that I think Hasmee has one of the most interesting backgrounds I've seen. I want to see her story unfold.

 

@ Sylvianus - I know there has been some trouble with the new armors not matching the skin tone of the character but Hildr looks great in these shots.

 

@ Phyreblade - So far my youngest character, Ossias, is about 24. My oldest, Pious, is around 35. The 25 - 35 range seems to be where most of my characters fall. There are some great younger and older Inquisitors on here.

 

@ Orcteeth - Awesome shot! Meliha demands respect.

@phyreblade74, my characters range in age a bit.  my canon Fawkes is somewhere around 26, and my other IQ Tuppence is in his mid 30's, maybe 36-37. I forget how elves age, but I picture my elf Ien in his late 40's, maybe 47-49.

I'm a bit sad you have completed Jaeghar's adventures (for now ) but I'm excited to see more of Jaheira and Hildr! I really like Hildr, she looks great! Call me crazy but I think she looks kind of like Harding!

As for the age of my Inquisitors, it goes from early 20s to mid/late 30s. My inquisitors can be experienced but it comes from their fast-paced/dangerous lives rather than their ages

Managed to finish the game with Ghilio after all! Also, I've created him so many times (when the Black Emporium wasn't out yet) that I can't find the right version in the Dragon Age Keep

@maliluka and Lylliaa: Thank you. I have spent far too many hours playing around with it. 

 

I got frustrated at DAI and its weird lighting when it comes to skin (Meliha is supposed to be grey) so I changed her a little bit... not sure how I feel about it. I think I prefer the darker grey but that might just be 'coz I'm used to it. What I really want is something in between, though. I wish that skin tone had a color wheel in this game.

@ Lady Aly, I loved reading the background of Ivandra ! I agree with what said Rannah about it. I'm always happy to know more about her and her path with the inquisition. Laureen is gorgeous, love her eyes ! Vaeryl looks great too ! I really like his gaze ! More of Ivandra anyways, I always say yes.   

@ Cespar : Your dwarf is awesome. Badass, unique and very well designed. I am impressed !

@ Orcteeth : I love your Qunari and her design. Her tatoo is awesome. Your qunari is so badass and unique ! She has really pretty eyes by the way, lol. So realistic and harsh !  Well done. Auronvigo is absolutely right in his compliment by the way. Venesia, your Adaar, and your canon elf, it was so great to read their background. Please, if you ever write a fanfic or something else, whatever it could be, don't forget me, be nice and share with me, I'll be your first fan. ( oh and I loved what you said about Fiona somewhere ! If I remembered where was your post, I would have given you a like just for that.  )

It's super frustrating, haha. I wish there were more skin options, but alas. Though I did discover a big part of it for me was a setting in my SweetFX config... it's a much less drastic change now (still using the lighter skin).

But I still haven't decided... gonna go back to a previous save with cutscenes and see how I feel. Of course, changing this is going to bug me from a "Ugh, all my other, really good screenshots are DIFFERENT now!" perspective, but I get the feeling it'd be barely noticeable anyway.

@S Seraf Quite an age range you've got going there.  I think my human Inquisitor was in his early thirties.  That was just as aged as I could manage. 

 

@Lylliaa What's funny, is Miykall wouldn't be offended if you called him a puppy.  He'd rather use it, to get you to do whatever it us he wanted.  "Aren't I cute?  Come on, now!  Don't make me whine, too!"  And I can totally relate to maturity born of experience, rather than some reflection of a number of years.

 

@Pensieve I like your Ghilio!  I always seem to end up with a nose that's too narrow, I think.  But as flaws go, it's not too big a deal so I rarely change it up.  Your character's nose looks really good, though.  I'll have to practice the next time I create a character.
