I haven't played since March, but spurred on by the announcement of Trespasser I've decided to dust the old game down and start anew.

But I had too many saves and couldn't play with a new new dwarf, unless I erase some saves, which I did, and It infortunately happened to my poor elf in july. I have totally forgotten her sliders, so I created a new elf instead. Farah Lavellan.

@ Whiskagirl  : Hahaha ! Yeah my vacation went very well ! Thank you ! ^^ I had already some nostalgia when I came back to France and to my home.... XD ! But I was glad to come back to this thread, seeing you all at the same time. And thank you so much for the compliments for my backstories, so happy you enjoyed them.  I think I am satisfied with my brother's face in the game too. =) Everyone said it looked close, so i'm quite happy !

 

Well, I thought you were italian because it seemed to me that once in this thread you wrote a post where there were some italian lines ! Well, I'm glad to know where you come from...for real this time.   You know some french words, and I know zero hungrian words, shame on me !   I wish I could speak a little !

 

And it's okay for Jaeghar if I can petition the same thing for Ashah !  And I am glad we share the same thoughts about what who you know lmao !  I love even more your gal after reading your post.The more I learn about her, the more I think she is awesome ! I love her personality.  I wish Bioware would replace one of the female Lis by someone like her, Jaeghar would be like * swooooon * And bonus, she is an elf, ( Jaeghar has a great respect for Dalish and their strong will to be independent by the way ) so + 1 for the diversity for male gamers ! Huh Bioware, what do you think ?, 

 

I asolutely love the outfit by the way  ! And WOW, the pics of Ashah, and LOL for the funny line below ! Thank you for posting more about her ! And I LOOOVE the new Zezola, she looks a lot like the Qunari we see in the comics, strong, badass, and beautiful ! MORE ! It's such a pleasure to read and watch your posts and characters, I will be a sad panda if you stop one day !

Been a while since I posted in this thread or played this game. Anyways, came back once I heard about the upcoming and released DLC and did a full playthrough with my Canon Inquisitor, Hierophant. (4ever yung hero) I updated his look a bit too, with all the mods that came out, though I think I only used the eyebrow for males here.

Is this face  except the hair obviously doable without mods on PC? Cause I'm on console and she looks exceptionally good for a Qunari.

Bearing in mind that I play on XBone, so I can only snap pics via grainy iPhone camera, he still ended up looking quite regal. Clearly he knows when a camera is trained on him!

More Ena and Farah !    ( I will play the last dlc, I'll take a few pics with Jaeghar, and I think i'll be done for a while, holidays are over, now real life is on the road again )

 

Ena Trevelyan : I'm really satisfied with her face that totally fits her personality. I wanted a chiseled face, delicate, with fine features, but at the same time haughty and expressive. A face reminiscent of a noble woman from the middle age, like we see in paints. I think I succeeded. Her profil is very Richelieu by the way. =)

 

She will tell to Sera to go away, she doesn't need a girl babbling nonsense everytime, everyday. She doesn't find her funny and useful to the inquisition ( unlike Jaeghar who appreciates Sera's sense of humor, how she is, and is tolerant with many things she does ) and not really classy. Like at all. On the contrary, she will have much respect for Solas, Vivienne and Dorian. It's her team. Mage power !  Oh, she adores Cole, that she also finds fascinating as a spirit.  And she will have a thing for the tortured and handsome templar, Cullen.

I love how the guy behind is looking at Ena while she is blatantly smiling to Cullen. I think Ena had this weird effect obviously wanted on the " wrong person. "

One of the numerous and free smiles of Ena given to everyone. One of her friends impressed in the Ostwick circle counted the number of different smiles she can offer to someone at once in a few seconds, more than 10 for sure !

Now, Farah Lavellan : Elf and Dalish. Proud to be one. She won't scream it everywhere though. She is shy and introverted. But what she does for her people speaks for herself, wild and fierce. She is polite with everyone but silently ruthless to those who threat everything that is elven and doesn't hesitate to promote an elven agenda everywhere if she can. She doesn't trust shems, but don't hate them either. It doesn't matter anyway. Between elves and humans, she will always easily choose her people.

 

She hates Sera ! At the beginning she was happy to welcome another elf, but the more Sera talked about the Dalish, the more, Farah wanted to slap her dirty face ! Unlike Ena, she won't dare firing her, but she will make sure she does everything which could displease that plague. Her team, Solas, Iron Bull, Blackwall. Her love interest, Solas.

I'm using a complexion mod (Calpernia's complexion) so she would likely look a fair bit different. I've found that complexions make a heck of a lot of difference to the way a face turns out. That said, the shape itself would be easy enough to recreate, you'd have to see what you thought about how different it looks with a regular complexion.

 

I based her off sliders I found in the slider thread. I think it was the most recent qunari posted in there, I'll see if I can find it again and edit this post to post a link. I did change quite a few things, for example I picked my own nose and eyes, and I lengthened the chin, but I got most inspiration from the choice of face shape (not one I usually pick) and the initial position of the cheeks/cheekbones, which were a lot less prominent than I usually go for.

Here you go. As you can see, I changed quite a bit, but the most useful thing was getting the initial basics of the choice of face shape and the cheekbones/cheeks and then jawline and jaw right as a good base. I still tweaked them a little, but they gave me a good foundation. I didn't take caps of my sliders (I've remade her a million times now and I'd get frustrated taking all those caps over and over) and I haven't been to the BE yet (and will need to take out my mods when I do anyway).

In preparation for Trespasser I decided to finally do my complete run and also play the two first DLCs. I did hope to have my computer upgraded by now as at the moment my ps4 is running the game better. Here's my Lavellan. I just tested her on an old save so that I wouldn't have to do the opening scene over and over again  Just waiting for the patch and she's good to go!

Jaheira didn't really care, but she won't miss the opportunity to wear something decent if she can haha ! They both fell in love for the same outfit though, which is rare !

Now, I'm pretty sure that I will recreate Jaeghar, unless Bioware kill forever my will to finish DAI again, killing the inquisitor in the last DLC. But I don't believe so. Please Bioware, be imaginative T_T
