Hello all It's been quite a while!

Since I was away for a looong time, I won't make any comments as I usually do. 20+ pages is too much even for me

I went through each post however. It was a pleasure to see familiar Inquisitors as well as new ones! Thank you for sharing them!

And thanks to people who share their Inquisitors' background (special thanks to Gili-chan for indulging in my curiosity and big thanks to Sylvianus for sharing his amazing Inquisitors' incredible backgrounds *-*)

 

Also, I'd like to thank the people who liked/commented on my Inquisitors! I'm glad you like them!

 

As for me, I had to remake my canon Inquisitor, Evynnlen Lavellan because her save got corrupted for an unknown reason TT-TT Thanks goodness I had her sliders! So I mainly replayed her. I still have a long way to go though.

I didn't realise it, but I really missed playing her so maybe losing her save was a good thing in the end!

 

Anyway, here's a pic of Evy. I tweaked juuust a bit her make-up from her original look. Look at how happy she is to be back!

She had to change her hairstyle, because 1) 2 years are supposed to pass, and 2) I dropped modding, so I had to pick vanilla hairstyle for her.

Typically I only crop my screen captures, to more focus on the particular character or action that I'm interested in, rather.  But every so often some of my screen captures demand MORE manipulation and I play around with the coloring and other such effects.  The Fade offers me some of my favorite scenes for such instances.  So I went to town, here:

I never thought I'd enjoy playing a dwarf, but I sure do like this one! I also feel that the American VA did just fine. It felt a little flat at first, but it's definitely grown on me.

Will hopefully get better pics when I play the next part of the story.

Lots of awesome Inquisitors here! I can't wait to get my hands on some of these mods... but I decided to wait with modding my game until they stop patching DA:I. Of course there are also tons of cool Inquisitors without mods.

I thought I'd post a few pictures of my current Inquisitor: Aldous Trevelyan. He's an archer, my first attempt at nightmare difficulty and also the lucky guy who got to romance Dorian. I tried to make him look very average, he's just a regular small noble from the marches afterall. I also attempted to counterbalance Dorian's handsomeness with someone a little more grounded and dull... personality-wise as well, I guess.  
 
What I really like about his appearance is how he goes from somewhat plain looking to derpy to actually pretty sexy depending on the lighting and camera angle. It's quite fascinating actually.

As always, I enjoyed watching your posts phyreblade, always very inresting to look at. I absolutely love this pic by the way, i find it amazing, the face of your inquisitor with the atmosphere around is priceless !

Talking about Joruth in my previous post made me suddenly nostalgic of my first playthrough in DAI, so I took new pics. 

 

Joruth Trevelyan, my first character. Reaver warrior like Jaeghar, but his Li is however Cassandra.

 

Joruth when romantically involved is stable and distant, very rational and stern but very sweet, looking forward serious relationships between adults. He doesn't show much his affection but when he does, it is always meaningful. While Jaeghar is all about fire and passion, whether he holds his LI, kiss her or express his feelings.

 

For example, Joruth will immediately support Cassandra, as a divine, even if it means a big sacrifice for him, even if he knows that it will condemn their relationship, despite his feelings. The greater good first. Something that Jaeghar could never accept, if in love. Love first, the greater good after for him. Thedas can go to hell and choose another divine if it means he can't be at the side of the love of his life. There are others competent folks for that crap like he would say.

I'll be picking up Trespasser but won't touch it until all my characters are done. I have tremendous patience, but this might test that.   As always I enjoy looking at everyone's Inquisitor. Keep them coming.

 

@ Lylliaa Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your loss. I was having trouble myself with Descent last night with enemies getting stuck in walls. I think the developers are tweaking the content behind the scenes.  At least you get to savor Evynnlen's story again.

 

@ Bigdawg13 You might try bumping the CC slider thread up. It's probably the best way to fish for unmodded characters. Do you have an idea of what kind of character you are looking for or just wait for something to catch your eye?

 

@Will-o'-wisp Don't change Aldous, he's great! A lot of the time characters are either made too pretty or made the other extreme so it is nice to see one holding the middle ground. Makes them look like someone you would meet in real life.
