This is kind of an experiment... So I wanted to try out solo nightmare playthrough, not recruit companions, ****** of those that you can't throw out, make the worst decisions possible. I want to see how bad the inquisitor can be.

 

I think he's too pretty?  I am thinking about changing his eyelashes later.

I'm making an (snow) elf assassin for a CullenxLavellan romance, and I don't know why but whenever I try to make a "pretty" character, they always end up looking like they want to kill something. Maybe it's the eyes... oh well. lol

 

I'll probably change the hair later at the BE mirror, but I really like what I have at the moment so I'm sharin' it.

Started a new Inquisitor. A human rogue this time. His name is Trev. Yes, it is short for something.

 

I'll tweak him a bit when I get him to the Black Emporium. Until that time, however, witness him. All shiny and chrome.

 

 

Here he is witnessing the Breach. Is it a gateway to Valhalla, where he might join the Maker's side if he proves his worth?

Now, where are my fellow Wood Elves and High Elves?

 

I had a wood elf! ... Sadly I had to delete her to make space for new files. Her name was Ethera, and she was a hardcore Dalish loyalist who romanced Sera because Sera is awesome, even if she did disagree with Ethera on a few things. She started out as a scrappy two-handed warrior from a relatively secluded clan, but ultimately ended up deciding to fly the champion's standard and became a hero of the highest caliber, well liked and respected by all, up to and including members of the Chantry.

I managed to recreate her in the CC easily enough though! (I remember her face well lol) So here's what she looked like.

(I'm aware that I made her a bit pretty and human like for a wood elf, but in fairness I did make her last year when the game and CC were brand new. lol)

As for high elves, I find them too hard to make in this game without mods. I can't get the eyes slanty enough, and there's no super long hair options. (Also the fact that high elves are supposed to be tall and the elves in this game are all short puts me off trying to make one.) ._.

 

Nevertheless, I did give it a shot! I didn't want to spend more than about 20 minutes on her since I knew I couldn't make one that I'd like to actually play through the game with, but here's what I managed with the vanilla CC options if you're curious.

I'm getting frustrated with my Qunari mage, of course it's my first run so I made really really REALLY bad decisions... Well, more like stupid decisions in fact. Also I'm very angry with Blackwall I want to slap senseless. So after meeting Clarel de Chanson and later the guardians of Mythal, I had this idea of an old Dalish warrior, Vaard. Her only dream is to retire in an oasis far away from everyone, be it Humans, Dwarves. Maybe not the Dwarves, they have nice beers. But Qunaris and Elves too... Mostly Elves, and mostly the Dalish ones. And don't talk to her about romance, she thinks she's too old for this kind of teen stupidity.

 

 

 

 

And with the elven frame, she looks even more frail I think. Which makes her even more impressive when she uses her two handed sword But now, she looks even more older than Clarel xD I need to adjust the ears.

Actually, I think you did a very good job on your high elf. The CC in this game provides for some very unique looking elves. I think they have the most diverse preset head shapes.

What a lovely name indeed! I just used "Maxwell" for him because I was lazy to think up a new name (though having him named Maxwell serves the Mad Max reference). At any rate would've called himself "Trev" regardless.
