It was a bitter sweet experience. She had fun with her team Iron Bull, Blackwall, Varric/Cole and sometimes Vivi and Dorian. But now they have mostly parted ways and the Inquisition has been disbanded. Cullen is gone, Josie went home and Leli retired to start a nug farm (Cressida hopes to negotiate for some prime nug ribs once the farm has really kicked off). 

But for now she has a room to clean out and a wedding dress to pawn off. Sigh...

 

And the Fool finished her trial, so bonus picture of Falin inside the spoilers.

Personally when I watch at Inquisitor's face from other players, I 'm looking for something not too common, like the expression, like they have a history, a soul, some crédibility. I appréciate it.

That said, I find interesting to see other's work, simply.

It's a little bit of us that we share.

As for me, a friend asked me to make a Dalish Elf. She wanted her to be kind of like DA2 elves. I'm not sure I succeeded to be honest :/ But she looks 'elfy' to me so, I'll show her to my friend and see what she thinks xD

I also made a new dwarf

Her name's Gloria (because her parents thought she would bring glory to her family. Gloria decided otherwise.) and she's a sort of ambassador/accountant for the Carta. Meaning she's in charge of trades, negociations and so on. She prefers to use her wits and charm to get what she wants, but if it doesn't work, a dagger to the guts will do the trick!

Otherwise : Jaeghar's sister and best friend before inquisition ! Jaheira. Like I already said, I'm playing with her now. Remember how she was ?

 

 

I told a lot about Jaeghar's background ( canon inquisitor ), but not much about her and yet she has also her own stories, even if she shares many of them with her brother. Well, she has again changed the color of her hair !    This time, she chose white, while keeping her eyebrows with her natural dark color. This change was made after she was unanimously chosen and elected as the new inquisitor. A new life, with new friends, far away from her family and the Free Marches, starting for her. The second time she does that.

 

Background context about why she had her hair like that in the first pic :

The first time ? She was only 17 years and she colored her dark hair and dark eyebrows into an horrible carrot orange. Why ? Because Lady Armanne, her mother with - her agreement -  made a pretty paint of her, but it was actually for purpose of marriage, and her mother obviously hided the truth, knowing that her daughter would refuse the deal since she only wanted to be a knight in her father's service, free of any contrariety, refusing to listen to any discussion involving such matter. And Jaheira was of course furious when she brutally learned that she had to be ready, - as a lady and daughter of a noble - to welcome the first of several pretenders following.

 

While having no choice but to obey to her mother, very repulsed by the idea to be married against her will, the young adolescent also took revenge against Lady Armanne. Jaheira thus colored her eyebrows and hair ( she also cut one side of her hair ), the same day the possible future husband 10 years older than her would see his possible future wife. And just like that, Jaheira didn't look anymore like the nice lady in the paint offered to the man.The young noble shocked when he saw her, was horrified when he understood it wasn't a joke, feeling like he has been deceived by the Trevelyan. 

 

Indeed, after her transformation, Jaheira looked like a savage and barbaric chasind and certainly not like a sweet and sophisticated noble woman from the Free marches. The young son of another lord, very angry, insulted lady Armanne for wasting his time. And Jaheira precisely because of his gross and rude words directed at her mother, punched him hard on his face, kicked his ass, and after that she even dare ask for a duel while laughing with insolence, arms crossed on her chest. Duel refused by the man who didn't really feel confident against the amazone after being beaten. Humiliated, the young noble fled the trevelyan castle. After that, suddenly, with the story spreading around, no more pretenders for Jaheira.. which was totally fine for her. Unlike for her mother...

 

Lady Armanne threatened several times her young daughter that she would be sent to the chantry to be forced to become a sister, if she kept refusing any proposal of marriage. Though Jaheira never took her mother seriously, she always had her father on her side, being his favourite child for a long time. 

 

 

Now, with her new style :

 

 

 

Ser Jaheira Trevelyan. She became a knight in her father's service at 20 years ( while Jaeghar was 18 years at that time and couldn't participate, to his big disappointment, because his mother discouraged her husband to send her baby boy ) after a delicate mission given by her father. ( As for what happened during her mission, the description below )

Her cousin, Gareth, a lieutenant templar from the circle of Ostwick, had been abducted by pirates on the coast with four other important executive members of his order, while they were going after some apostate mages who fled the circle, tied to those bandits in the countryside. A group of templars of Ostwick, agitated, frenetically searched their mates abducted everywhere ( while others of the same group were simply found killed on the road ), but it led them nowhere. It became then quickly embarrassing for the Trevelyan touched by this whole problem after a while. Lord Randyll, annoyed, then asked his daugther Jaheira, his smart and tough girl, that he trusted, to lead a few men of his personal troops and asked her to find her cousin disappeared. Dead or alive. ( it became personal for the Lord and it was a matter of honor for the family )

 

After her own investigation on the coast, Jaheira succeeded to find the main base of the pirates, which was in deep dark caves somewhere on the beach. And in those same dark caves, surrounded by an enemy underestimated and surprisingly more numerous than her troops, she fought quickly and promptly like a storm, evading swords, hiding and moving in the shadow, cutting throats one after the other, disappearing again, then pushing her blades into every back offered to her. There was almost no lights, no honor and no pity between the enemies. There was only shadows, survival and blood, cries of agony ! A brutal, ruthless and blind battle !

 

She infortunately didn't succeed to save her cousin, already dead, stripped of his armor, when she abruptly came, followed by the knights and mercenaries of her father that she led in this fight. But they evinced those who were responsible, all of them, to the last one. And while bringing back only half of her troops and a dead body on her horse at home in the general sadness around, injured,  she was proudly welcomed by her family. What had to be done, was done. She avenged the family, she did well. No one can seriously insult the Trevelyan without paying the price.... 

 

That's actually in this minor battle that she won her scars !
