Not a whole lot of time to make a long post since I'm buried under snow at the moment. I left likes though. Thanks to mgagne for posting pics of Gaius. If I could have have left 2 likes for him I would have. He's very inspired.

@ Krypplings : You should normally go to the dragon age keep, choose your hero in the " heroes category " and just before the name of your quizzie, there's a pencil. Click on the icon, and your can change the name, the game normally also affected.  ( never tried myself though   )

It didn't change the name in game (for me atleast) but it did make it easier to distinguish between Quizzies, so thanks

Hiii everyone!! It was such a long time ago I posted here!! 

I went back for a while and I was seriously amazed by all the amazing Inquisitor designs!!    (I especially loved @Ava Grey's season themed Lavellans!! Amerasu is my favourite!!  Maybe because autumn is my favourite season too?   )

It's one year today that I actually started playing this game. :3 Now I'm really tempted to pick up my first character's save files and redo her with mods. ^^
Until then, let me show you pictures of my 3 main Inquisitors. They went through a little change since I last showed them here. :3

I see that you have finished Trepasser with Asha  , I hope you aren't too sad XD !

I remade my first Quizzy, Taerel, and I'm super excited to play through the game + all the DLC with him! I have played Trespasser, but not JoH and Descent. Never finished a PT with mods though so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Omg, the soundtrack with the dreadwolf is astonishing ! AGAIN ! There my favourite moment, which had the most powerful emotional impact on me in my own story :

Yeah had to kill Bull in my last playthrough. but then I suspected he might betray me as I never did his loyalty mission. Fortunately I left him behind at the winter palace and brought Blacfkwal/Thom Rainier along for that mission so kept my 4 squad mates.

Didn't play DA - but in office I was always lurking and watching here the posts and gave my thumbs.

SO much amazing and talented work - it is incredible 

To see Sylvianus, Lylliaa, Ashara, whiskasgirl, Seraff and so many others rock this thread is wonderful.

 

But the most inspiring thing are the thoughts you all put in the background and tell the others here about. I so enjoy to read your stories

That's an awesome qunari inquisitor! I wondering though, is that pale skin a mod? I don't recall it being in the default game. I can't check right now because I'm on the other side of the world right now away from my computer back home.

I understand that Black Emporium can't be visited with certain mods on. But it seems Trespasser is in the same boat. Is this true? And are there workarounds? Or is this 'manage without being able to buy cloth for a game (which, eh, i can do that. it's probably a good game balancer considering how many schematics i have access to thanks to the golden nug) -- and then turn off all mods to play tresspasser?

Thank you!! *^^* She indeed uses a face texture mod but it doesn't change her skin colour (that much), I think it's more of the lighting in that scene than anything.

As far as I know you can't enable the following mods for Trespasser:
- all mods that change the nutcracker uniform
- hair texture mods

I also had to disable all companion mods, because one of them caused freeze in the character panel. (It's interesting tho that in certain places (for example in the last scene) the hair retexture mod didn't cause any problem either.)

It's also recommended you use as few mods as possible as we don't know which one could cause problems. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What whiskasgirl said + complexion mods that deshines the look. So you have to change to a complexion mod that doesnt deshine.

Thanks. I guess it's the lighting then. For the qunari in my avatar I remember choosing the most greyish skin color option yet in game it looks more brown. Can you name the modder of the qunari face texture mod by the way?

Yeah I'm not that big a fan of any of the DLC armour really and don't use them much either. I do have them though as I might end up making a character that suits them at some stage. But I haven't tended to use them much so far.

@ sjsshar : Yeah, bull betrays you if you don't do his personal mission. But, this isn't for that he betrayed me. I deliberately chose a qunari alliance for pragmatical reasons against a common threat. I chose to ally with the Qun, my choice had consequences.

 

My inquisitor had a great relationship with Iron Bull actually, but he never really trusted him however. You just can't trust someone in your group who keeps working as a spy for his race against yours and for another organization against yours and others. There was Corypheus, bet let's not forget the rest, especially politics. Jaeghar Trevelyan is everything but naive. While he laughed a lot with Iron Bull, respected him, treated him as a great friend, followed his military advices for two years, he always suspected that there could be one day where Iron Bull would betray him. Because of orders, because of the Qun. That day happened. Unlike Cassandra and Sera who were upset, my inquisitor was just satisfied to get rid of a traitor for good among his ranks, while keeping good memories of Bull. Also the Qunari betrayed the Alliance, Jaeghar will never trust them again.

 

What I do like about this betrayal story and the Qunari breaking their words, it's that my inquisitor made a big mistake, he isn't infallible.

@ Lady Aly : Thank you so much, dear friend.  I'm really happy you like Joruth. I have to thank you for him by the way. I never really cared about him while he was my first inquisitor, I just played him as me, I just liked playing him, but nothing beyond that. But your first comment about him the first time I showed him made me so warm, that I wasn't anymore indifferent toward him. I like him almost as much as I do with Jaeghar and Jaheira today. He didn't have any background before, but now, I'm thinking more and more about giving something to the poor lad lol.

 

Sometime, you need others to open your eyes about what you do and what you might like yourself without knowing it !   I'll wait patiently your return, I always enjoy your creations since the beginning I went there. 

 

@ Lylliaa : Oh my god.   I'm going to have an heart attack Oo ! Wow, Werra on those pics is incredibly gorgeous ! It just burned my eyes ! She is so beautiful !   Okay, this is a plot against me !  People want to kill me, too much attractiveness with the Qunari in two days. Geez, that's like a dream, my two favourite qunari in the same page !
