@ Kyartah Yup I'm on pc. Trespasser end fight spoilers.

What happened was that we were at the final stretch, Cassandra and Isa. Dorian and Sera were munching on dirt. Sarbalas started his berserk mode, dropping blue bombs all around him. Isa puts her hand in the air to do the explosion thing, but gets hit and dies before the invulnerability kicks in. Well snap, try four it is. But suddenly green light appears, Kitty's Collar resurrects Isa and she tries the mark-splosion again, this time pulling it off. Blue bombs all around and Sarcrebleuth goes boom. But his blue missiles are still dropping, so Isa dies just after Sareblast, but Cassandra is still standing. 
 
Normally this would mean victory, Cassandra would pull the group up and high fives would happen. But some bright fellow decided that the moment Sarblast dies the game removes your party members from your party and they just stand around looking pretty. So when Isa kills the boss and then falls, the game thinks that the whole party is dead and the game over screen appears. So I let out a string of curses and put the game from Nightmare to Casual and beat the mage down proper.

Yup this happened with my Cole as well sort of... He was killed by the blue stuff.
Saarath dies immediately after. The party becomes inactive, and Cole stays on the ground. I wait for him to get up... nada.
Lavellan: "Cole...?"
Dorian: "Nope, we lost him".
For a second I imagined an alternative side of the game where if someone died in this fight it would be dead for ever and got sad xD

Didn't want to adventure into the Eluvian leaving him like that... so I tried to cast resurrect where he was dead and he came back anyway, even if he was inactive xD

I'm having a little trouble with getting mods to work in my game. I've never applied mods to any of my games before so I'm a complete noob when it comes to that. 

 

I'm trying to get Ellementalist's qunari female long hair (no bang) mod to work but it's not appearing when I use the mirror of transformation in the black emporium. 

 

Some notes that my be of importance: 

 

- Currently using patch 12 ver of the game

- installed DAITools Suite Loader

- using the above I installed mod manager ver. 1.0.0.59

 

Is there anything I've done wrong? Do mods work at all with the latest patch? Can I not use mods in the mirror of transformation? Any insight would be much appreciated!

Mods won't show up in the mirror. All you have to do is figure out which hair slot on the slider you want  and select it. Save in the mirror, and exit and it should show up just fine.

Mods don't show up in the mirror you have to find the hairstyle it's linked to and select it. Then leave the BE and go to another location say Skyhold and it should activate.

Besides, mods not working in the BE as has been noted.  Some (all?) cosmetic mods have issues with Descent and Trespasser DLC.  A work around for that is to use just the original patch to zone into those areas and then reinstall the mods once you load in.

Complexion mods only interfere if the specular map has been altered. Rule of thumb is, if it's a shiny complexion, it should be okay. Otherwise, everything else does cause issues and can sometimes stop the final cutscene from progressing.
