@ stop_him -  Sorry it took so long for me to reply. I've been busy. I did not see anything wrong with your middle-aged female elf's original look. In fact I thought she was one of the more intriguing characters on the thread, because she did not fit typical hero or fantasy stereotypes. Unless you saw a problem with the way she animated.

Went back earlier today with my canon IQ and replayed HLTA again to acquire the griffon plate schematic for future potential playthroughs.  Was bored waiting for the Ser Ruth war table mission to finish so I went back through Charles romance with cass and grabbed a few screen caps for fun.  Apologies that my threadjack has has been in full force lately!   .

So, as I stated earlier, I'm going to give DA:I another chance. So, here's my character for 2nd playthrough - a female mage.

 

My favourite playthrough of Dragon Age Origins was female mage also. She liked her life in Circle, she was a Chantry believer. She was overall good women, but she hated blood magic and apostates. Morrigan was everything that and more (so she stabbed her next to Eluvian, and Jowan too btw). One of my Hawke's was similiar (she wasn't in the Circle, but if not the family she had to care for, she would join a Circle) - overall good women, yet she hated blood magic (Merill was for her like Morrigan for Warden). And with everything that happened in Kirkwall, she sided with Meredith.

 

So, to make it short. I want my Inquisitor to be like that. She liked her life in Circle, she's very religious, she believes to be Herald of Andraste. She wants Circles back, so she'll have to keep mages close (as servants). Her "Morrigan" will be, I guess, Solas. Will see how it'll go.

 

EDIT: Do I have to tell, who'll be her LI? Cullen, ofc. Mage Warden was flirting with him, Hawke was (well, kinda, maybe, not really), so let him have his girl-mage.

No, Vunin, the perpetually paranoid elf, is still around. However, she is a no-romance playthrough, and I wanted another middle age elf for a serial dating experience. Thus, I have created "Willy," the wiley willy wrangler (though I intend for her get the initial fade-to-black scenes with both Sera and Bull, dumping them, then carrying on with others before settling)

 

I'm still making adjustments on Willy

So, if anyone's interested, I updated my Inquisitor a little. I got her better makeup and more fitting hairstyle (I guess). I changed her ears (were too high, if that's how you describe a person's ears, I dunno). She looks much better now
