I've tried to make a dwarf that uses one of the mouth presets with the teeth sticking out. Agnes actually turned out better than I had expected.

 

 

 

 

 

Only thing I keep having trouble with is the color of her lips. I want the shade to be pretty much as it shows in the Fade picture but in the game it's suddenly a light pink. In the last picture I changed it but it's not quite what I wanted either.

I've been using the Cinematic version of this, usually toggling DoF and Ambient Occlusion off. I used to use this preset all the time but unfortunately SweetFX 1.5 doesn't work with Win 10, so I had to swap. That first preset is so, so gorgeous in Halamshiral, though. Transforms the place.

Its not the best for shooting pics but it gives the game a real film quality feel when you are playing.  It uses Chromatic Aberration, HDR, LumaSharpen, Levels, Gamma Gain, Cineon DPX, Tonemap, Vibrance, Curves,  and Film Grain along with Gausian blur.

Remade Keira as an archer, and a former city elf. To avoid some roleplaying issues I had.

I didn't change her face much (just her hair), and she remains my favorite creation.

Okay well i have not been on the forum in..months. Many computer issues later, I'm back and installed some mods again and finally made a quizzy i had been planning for a while! i personally am really happy with him.

Not sure what autofit is but i'm guessing in my case, no. This thread often sends whatever Youtube video i'm listening to out of whack with the pictures all loading at once. I use a random image sharing site to post mine and before that, i use paint to make the pictures smaller. I figured that i don't want to slow anyone's computer down so i always reduce their size.

I just meant it auto-resized inside the forum windows, so it doesn't actually stick out of the forum posts. I don't ever think about slow loading times because these threads never give me problems. =/

Have I mentioned I can solo Hakkonite Assassins?

 

I am not joking, just cast Barrier and Chilling Array then spam Consuming fire and Decloaking Blast. Coupled with a Battlemaster Mail set made from Fade Touched Snofleur Skin, Veil Quartz, Silken Nether Clot and Imbued Tusket Hide it hits the damage resistance cap of the game and makes the Knight Enchanter completely immortal.

I made this character on a whim as I hadn't played a mage before, and never intended to get so attached to him. But boy did I fall in love with this guy (as did Cassandra). I love him so much more than my first playthrough character, and he's now become my canon.

 

I also realized my first character was extremely ugly. I have over 50 hours on that guy. What was I thinking?

 

I want to play a dual dagger rogue at some point, but now I can't see myself playing any other character but this one. I'm also on console, so screenshotting the sliders would take ages. And I'd never get it perfect.

I think think when you click on a thread that has in its topic post pictures, show screenshots, screenarchery, low bandwidth beware, etc you need to expect there there are going to be visual images that you will have to load.  These threads are explicitly created for the purpose of showing off the creations of the poster.  I also think it is fair that in other threads that omit catch words such as those mentioned, you should attempt to minimize the size of your images that you are posting .

 

My suggestion would be if you are downloading, streaming or on a low bandwidth connection while viewing the forums to refrain from opening a thread that has any of the catchphrases I mentioned above until you are finished or on a higher bandwidth connection.

She left her clan under a cloud of grief & illness and only the Grey Wardens held the cure. Her betrothed, Tamlen, found a tainted magical mirror which corrupted them both. The Hero’s grief fueled her fire to avenge Tamlen’s death and make her clan proud.

 

After Loghain’s betrayal she and Alistair were the last two Grey Wardens. He was willing to let her lead, unheard of for a shem; his odd humor kept grief from overwhelming her. Surprisingly, they became friends and then lovers. They worked with Anora and, after defeating Loghain at the Landsmeet, arranged a political marriage between Anora & Alistair. Too honorable to maintain their romance they made the difficult decision to remain just friends.

 

Briefly, she found another chance at love with Zevran, somebody who could stay and not be separated by duty or honor, or so she thought.

 

Learning the Warden who killed the Archdemon died afterwards was an unexpected burden and sorrow. She refused Morrigan’s offer because she worried the result would be worse than the Blight. In order to keep Alistair alive and on the throne she performed the killing blow, and thus maintained order in Ferelden.

 

Alistair insisted, in honor of his friend and first love, that they send a high-ranking elf. And so, Orliel of Orlais rebuilt Ferelden’s Wardens.

All her life Chianti hated the restrictions placed on her because she and her sister needed to avoid the templars. Her well-meaning mother’s social conventions stifled her. Part of her attraction to the self-styled pirate queen was her disregard of niceties and others’ attempts to categorize her. Chianti never admitted to Isabela that a part of her, one she was ashamed of, was relieved after the deaths of Bethany and Leandra, relieved she could finally be free and face the consequences of that freedom. She didn’t know that her brother Carver, now a Grey Warden, felt the same.

 

She completely agreed with Anders’ desire to be free of Circle control. However, when he blew up the Chantry he went too far and she had no qualms executing her former friend. She was then left to protect the remaining mages, innocent of his crimes, from an insane Knight-Commander.

 

about Ka’inelle . . .

A member of clan Lavellan, she is apprentice to the Keeper. She doesn’t like shems and struggles not to belittle the elves of the city. Unlike her cousin Kyriel’s clan, hers wandered the northern Free Marches, and she had little need to interact with humans—until the Keeper sent her to the Chantry's conclave as a spy. What happened there, she said, would impact not only the Dalish but indeed all elves. However, the Keeper may have had another motive, trying to temper her anger towards, well, anybody not Dalish. The Keeper knew that diplomacy avoided many confrontations and hoped that the fierce Ka'inelle might learn that if she didn't have the support of her clan at her fingertips.

 

Away from her clan, Ka’inelle prefers to say nothing and to watch and listen. And make sure the wretched Templars don’t have a reason to confront her. She found it difficult to bite her tongue.

 

As you can guess, she is wary of humans (especially the slave-owning Tevinters), the Qun, the Chantry, and the Templars. To them she is an elf and an apostate, even though the Hero of Ferelden was also Dalish and sacrificed herself for Thedas. Solas fascinates and confuses her because his attitude towards the Dalish is unexpected. Ka'inelle sometimes suspects he is humoring her. She is willing to fight Corypheus because he threatens her clan and the other Dalish. Every one else is just lucky that saving the Dalish also saves them.

 

She's angry at Cassandra, at the explosion, the Breach, and being a prisoner to the shems. Cassandra takes the brunt of her ire. She knows she needs to temper her words, but finds it hard to do so when speaking to the Seeker, so she overcompensates with some of the others, inadvertently flirting with Cullen. (I may choose to replay the latter part of the game and Trespasser for a Cullen romance post Solas rejection. By then she'll know she can never return to her clan except for brief visits). She believes that somewhere, Fen’Harel is laughing at her.

 

I plan on her becoming somewhat more accepting of others, though maybe not Cassandra. Cassandra is the symbol of everything going wrong for her. Poor Cassandra. Currently I plan on rejecting Vivienne. Ka'inelle has a despise at first sight reaction to the woman.

 

I also am playing with Fair Weather Friends turned on, though I am not going for that achievement this pt.

It's so satisfying. Corypheus didn't need an orb to become a god. He just needed to craft better robes.
