So many playthroughs and characters but only three canon ones to choose among them !
Since I am replaying the whole serie, I had to recreate them as well ! Thought I could share while it's done. Though, for DAO and DA:II, without sliders it was just impossible to remember exactly what I have done. They are all humans, but quite different.
DAO : Joruth Cousland, the tough noble guy.
( sorry for the quality, no screenshot feature on xbox360 )

Didn't develop his background, it was already established. He was a model son, an excellent warrior, he lived a life of privilege, happy in a noble fereldan family... until Howe came to waste everything and kill everyone close to him, ending once and for all his normal and ordinary life. Revenge, duty, honor, and pragmatism are what will guide him during the fifth blight. Howe and Loghain dead, the dark ritual done, becoming Prince-consort in the end.
DAII : Julilla Hawk : the mage, renegade all the way with humoristic tone.

With a mage agenda as well.. But it's more about doing it for herself than doing it for others. She is manipulative, selfish, a survivor beyond all, ruthless, though she is very funny and always jokes even when she is threatening someone... She will kill Anders for putting her in danger with his crazy plans and will ally with the templars in the end just to save her life. She didn't think the mages could stand a chance, but Meredith will force her to fight her anyway. After that, Julilla will enjoy a month being the master of Kirkwall, and then will leave, because bored of her new statut and her new role. I love her story, because this is more the human story of a common person, far from being a legendary and nice hero according to what people who are mistaken about the Champion want to believe after her heroic acts against the Qunari, etc. If they talked just once to Julilla Hawk, they'd know that reality is very-very different from the stories around her !
DAI, my third canon character : Jaeghar Trevelyan.

Funny thing about him in his background, normally, he wasn't supposed to be born, or living a life of privilege at the very least. Almost had been an illegitmate child.
Jaeghar's grandfather never allowed his son, so his own father, coming from an ancient and noble blood and family of Ostwick, - with a supposed pure and great bloodline that lasted centuries - to marry a vulgar lady from Antiva, daughter of a very poor merchant, a foreigner in the Free Marches. The Lord couldn't stand seeing the bloodline of the family being perverted and required a lady of high lineage from Ostwick for his son to marry. The current chief of the Trevelyan house at that time then threatened his heir and brutally required him to choose between his legacy, his castle and his lands, as the future lord, and " the antivan wh*re ! "
Ser Randyll Trevelyan, didn't hesitate, he chose the antivan lady, leaving everything behind him, with few things to offer to his woman, except his love, a marriage without pumps and without guests and a life of uncertainty and maybe misery. Fortunately for Jaeghar, his grandfather never executed his big threat and a few years after he will finally give up everthing to his son and legetimate heir, making peace with him and his new wife in the end. Jaeghar will then live a privilegied life too, like my Cousland, but as a Trevelyan. Thanks god, because he loved that life !
What will look like my next canon ? Maybe this time a Qunari or an elf ? Haha, we'll see !
