I made another one!

Seems odd to me how few use actual hazel or brown eyes. Seems everything is green, blue (generally in unnatural hues) or even pink, purple or yellow. Does no one like brown eyes?

I found it pretty difficult to create proper brown eyes, but admittedly am not nearly as fluent with the character creator as I'd like to be.

Honestly, it's because I have hazel eyes offline. I'd rather not re-create something I can just look in the mirror to see.
I created the prettiest teal/turquoise eyes for my PC and I just love to look at them.

This. I have dark brown eyes. It's a case of the grass always being greener elsewhere. I always create light-eyed characters because I can't have those myself.
My human male warrior Maxwell Trevelyan:
My Inquisitor has very original name - Ellesar

Excuse the shoddy camera skills but here is Lathshamal Lavellen!

oh maker!! i finally could put my hands on my game and immerse myself in the world of thedas (:
so let me introduce to you, my (very) self-inserted quizzie - moirin lavellan
tried to base her looks on my own face, and sadly, she's turned out to be a prettier and cuter version of me (:
and my
hideousface for comparisonSpoiler
Don't be ridiculous, you beat that elf by miles.
And awww, so many adorable elves in this thread! ![]()
My less than impressive Anna, but I think she got a certain charm to her.

Well tryed to make "Marilyn Manson". How much it looks like him is up to you guys to judge i suppose hehe
That's hilarious, and really well done. Please, if you stick with this character, keep us updated with screens of his adventures!
Is it just the prologue that has terrible lightning? Because none of the hair shades in brown/dark brown seem to match with the eyebrows. Anyone know what shade to pick that match with the eyebrows the most?
So where are you uploading these pictures so that you get them to show here? I tried flickr but that doesn't work and now that I have finally been able to save my game after cc and before a crash I want to share my quizzy with you ![]()

I use Photobucket.

And here is my human rogue, Johanna Trevelyan. I had assumed I'd go for a dwarf, as I fell absolutely in love with the dwarves in DA:O and was unreasonably crushed when I couldn't play as one in DA2. In the end, I have to admit that my canon Inquisitor will be human for two reasons:
1) I can make the backstory fit with how I prefer my characters to be. I was a casteless dwarf in DA:O and that seemed almost tailor-made for my preferences, but in DA:I I have decided that while my family is respected and wealthy, I am their scapegoat and hated behind closed doors. My mother had an affair with an elven man and fell pregnant with me. The pregnancy was discovered before she had a chance to be rid of me, and so they must pretend in public that I am a legitimate, fully human Trevelyan child. That I'm not is something they will not allow me to forget, and despite the family wealth, I have always been given nothing more than the worst cast-offs of the older, legitimate children. I am sent to the conclave because the others "didn't want to", the spoiled brats, and because it will get me the hell out of there so they won't have to deal with me.
1a) Also, I wanted really big eyes and prominent ears, and being a half-elf made that seem more reasonable and less cartoony.
2) Instead of gently holding me back on the bridge, Cassandra smacked my dwarf in the face. How humiliating. It made me wonder how many other such instances there would be of dwarves not being accounted for in-game, which would lessen my immersion.

Besides, doing the family's work at the Conclave will make sure that I bring some respectability to the family. God, how they hate me.

I just wish I could move my scar a bit to the left. BioWare, I will give you ten dollars right now if you give me a way to edit my appearance in-game. Pleeeeeeeeease. Also, to whinge a little bit more, how come Cassandra gets to put eyeliner on her waterline but I can't? Booooo. (Note: these are my biggest complaints so basically that means the game is perfect).
Thanks for reading if you made it this far, ladies and guys!

I use postimage.org
And here we have Natalie Portman starring in Dragon Age Inquisition as The Inquisitor

I had a few requests for the sliders for my elven inquisitor. ![]()
They aren't perfect because I think I might have tweaked them a tiny bit before finalizing, but I was so sick of taking screenshots to be honest haha. Might be a good starting point though.
Anyhoo, here are the sliders/grid boxes for my character. My goodness bioware I hope there is an easier way to share these at some point.
(Because the images are pretty huge, I broke them into two parts.)
Also note: didn't get the eye/make up colors in here, but here are the colors:
Eyes: Dark green/blue/grey outside, medium brown/orange inner color. Creates the hazel look.
Burgundy & light cocoa eye makeup, peach/pink cheeks and lips - not fully saturated
Brown vallaslin.

Adding a bit of light eyeshadow and removing harsh eyeliner, makes a face look softer. I also adjusted the distance between the nose and lips to achieve better balance. Haha i feel a bit silly going on like this, but yea i like doing this
and im actually playing the game, despite what it might seem ![]()

It's really interesting to see the differences, thanks for sharing!
She looks lovely, too. ![]()
