Cassandra's, Josie's and Morrigan's hair is a lot more detailed then the inquisitor hair styles.

Personally I think it shows how talented they are because when you are limited for options it is harder. I'm glad I can use mods but there are stlil a couple of decent options  to use even without mods was thinking I might go with a different hairstyle on Topal for when I do Trespasser when I get there to kind of show the passage of time but not 100% sure yet. I'm mostly thinking it as she's been running around with the same hairstyle all through the game so far and I thought she could use a change for the final hurdle.

To me ,  every companions have better hairs, eyebrows and armors than inquisitor himself/herself .  She /he doesnt need to standout among others but without mods. she/he normally looks like random npc compare to other companions or advisors or Morrigan . I rarely feel my quzzies look like a protagonist before i started using modded hairstyles and eyebrows.

I don't really like most of the modded hairstyles to be honest :P I don't like it when hairstyles don't match between npc's and my character... I don't want him/her to stand out with long wavy shiny hair. I find it immersion-breaking.

Now I am on a mission to use every vanilla eyebrow and hair!  :wizard:

I am sure we will see in the upcoming MEA game . Also as i read , Bioware will use mocap for MEA cutscenes and EA will add PBR effects to Frostbite engine for MEA as well . So I believe we will see better animations and more detailed/realistic armor/clothe textures in MEA . i cant wait .  :)

Yeah they made a good start in DAI I think with having the butt flaps and long coats move when your in a windy spot or whatever I think which is one of the things I like about wearing  those armours whether they carry it over to hair only time will tell but it would certainly be cool if they did.

You think in 10 years time they'll have hairstyles that get messed up in combat and go frizzy in the rain?  It's the future of video games guys.

I like to see longer styles or ponytails move around, but I admit the movement of the longer hairstyles in DA2 is a little distracting to me.  Better than concrete hair though.

TBH clothes physics in DAI is meh to me ...lower part of clothes are only thing that moves... But i agree, how the trenchcoat moves during gameplay is pretty cool . Just wish there are more physics like jewels or lightweight fabrics

Well, I don't really need messed up or frizzy hair, if you don't mind! What I -would- like however, is hair that changes into an updo/bun/ponytail whenever we're wearing something that has a high collar or something. Like in Tera Online.

Spoiler

Or if that proves to difficult for them, just "Skyhold" hair and "Outside" hair then. So that we can have less practical hair at appropriate times.

Oooh that's a fancy trick.

I second Skyhold hair and Outside hair.

I can't RP an elaborate style for combat, but it'd be nice to prance around Skyhold with a posh hairdo and not have to do it manually.

Damn that guy is intense, nice work!

How long does it take him to curl his eyebrows every morning?   I'm imagining him having a little brush and wax with him on the battlefield to get them just so.

I use photobucket, it's free and it has a box on the right of the uploaded picture that says direct link.  Click it and it will be copied to your laptop/pc.

Then you click the image button, it's the little picture frame under the smiley face in the menu above the reply box, and paste it into the space provided.

Hopefully that makes sense  :)

Tbh I think that the fact they've at least made a start is the cool part it may take a few games for them to get it working right everywhere though but given most armourds in MEA are mour solid I doubt we'll be getting to many trnenchcoa ttype armours so maybe that'll maybe actually help with hair physics I guess time will tell though.

Yeah I used to use photobucket but I tend to use flickr now as I couldn't get my pics to the size I wanted

Yeah I'm on Trespasser now with Topal so almost finished my final act last night was putting Corypheus out of his misery. Now to remind the Qunari why htey shouldn't bother coming to Southern Thedas by giving their asses a kick.

Here's how you do it with Flickr should you decide too

Try this:

1) On your photo stream click the photo you want to share.
2) In the lower right corner there should be an arrow type icon. That is the share Icon.
3) A window should pop up that gives you the URL to direct link it.
4) copy that url and paste it into your forum post.
5) hit post on the bioware forums and it should display.

When you're on the upload screen press the little cog in the top right for the settings menu.  You can then chose the size the image is uploaded in.  :)

Yeah I knew how to do it it just didn't want to so gave up on it in the end. Besides flickr works and does things exactly the way I want atm so I think I'll stick with it.

The thing is most games have very nice clothes physics,  TW3 and ACU for example.  or shadow of mordor . So the cloth physics in DAI are just unimpressive to me .

DAI is a very beautiful game , Bioware did great job with it . But there are many aspects in the game have long way to go .

Yeah I agree they've got a way to go but the fact they've made a start with DAI even if it's only a small step I think is at least something. Sometimes making smaller steps end up being better but hopefully improvements will be made for MEA

This is my new and remade Adaar. He's probably everything a male qunari shouldn't be, but I love him :D He's so cute and adorable and he uses the British voice which took some getting used to at first but it totally suits him.

i think Mass Effect series always have better graphics than DA series . escpailly when Mass Effect 2 first came out, i was so amazed by how beautiful the game looked .

DAI is very visually impressive , i think Bioware did great job with the new frostbite engine, and i believe MEA will only look even better with those new effects that added to the frostbite engine since Star War Battlefront. TBH i just wish Bioware will make some better animations for MEA this time around because cutscenes in DAI look really awkward and dated sometimes compare to other AAA games out there, Characters act like puppets on the strings and facial animations are very exaggerate lots of time .

But those arent that important , i just wish MEA will still be a amazing game like rest of Bioware games . things like physics and animations are just icing on the cake .

Indeed I'm sure it will be playing ME is what got m interested in playing Bioware's games including DA and I don't regret it one bit. Yeah I'm also looking forward to seeing what  MEA is going to show us it should be exciting especially as the Frostbite engine as we already know handles shooters well so that should be a good omen for ME given it is in part a shooter
