I just got the game a few days ago, so I'm still working through it. Usually when I have options for races, I start with a human female (basically, most like myself). I will probably go a round with a female elf, the next time... and romance Iron Bull... heh.
Anyway, this is Jurisa. I'll probably have her romance Cullen, despite him looking a bit like he needs to take an iron supplement and get some sun. I'm tempted to go for Iron Bull, because of his thing for redheads, but I think it would just be funnier with a twiggy little elf... sooooo, next time. I think I created a very pretty Inquisitor, if I do say so myself. I really try to avoid the clichéed "over-surgered" look that can come out the other side of character creation. You know: tiny, narrow, ski jump nose, lips like a baboon's arse, totally not subtle eye colour. Hey, if that's your thing, cool. I just wanted my character to look like an actual human being you'd meet, albeit a very pretty one. Like the girl next door you might have had a crush on in high school, one of the most beautiful in high school... not the "alpha cheerleader b****" type, but the other one. The one who was nice to everyone, despite being popular and seemingly way out of your league.
Anyway, with that in mind, tell me if this fits (fingers crossed that I have the "images within spoiler tags" thing right. It's been awhile since I've had to use BBCode):

It took me three tries to get her makeup just right. A drawback of the CC is that the "neutral" lighting is unlike any light used in actual gameplay or cutscenes. Makeup colours look completely different (re: more garish, different hue/shade) in game. I hope BioWare fixes this with Mass Effect: Andromeda, maybe add a lighting simulator which runs your character through daylight and indoor light at a few angles, which you can press the button on when you want to test your creation out, before finalizing it, without starting the game and slogging through half of the prologue, first. The second time I recreated her, I had to do it all from memory. After that, I knew better (#$%@! no face codes!?) and screencapped every slider. Third time was a charm, and yes: I screencapped EVERY slider/colour selection/etc, for this third and final one.
